They show up at your house even after I emailed them to reschedule, and the tech tells me their Florida location isnt letting them know, which sounds like a company problem, not mine! Now you call and are greeted by AI instead of a real person. I used to be able to email EcoGen no problem and they would get back to me right away and reschedule me. I just called to cancel today. Wish EcoGen would still be the ones providing the service but even the techs that come out are different so they obviously got rid of everyone from EcoGen even though they made it seem like they were just "renaming" the company. read more

I have no clue when my next appointment is. They are supposed to come monthly. Please do not hire this company. It has been the worst service I have ever received. I hired them to take care of a rodent problem. They came out and set out the traps and told me if I found any dead rats to call them and they would remove them which you would expect. I called on a Saturday DURING business hours only to be told that they could not send someone out that I would have to wait until Monday. So I either had to deal with a dying poisoned rat in my hot tub or leave it there and wait unit Monday. So of course, I did it myself and called and cancelled. A month later they are still charging my card for services they did not provide. I initially paid 565 dollars for them to take care of this only for them to not do their job. I have now called at least 4 times and every time they tell me they take care of it and they are calling "billing" they have it in their system that I have cancelled yet they charge. I just fired this company and canceled my service with them because they are simply not responsive. After coming to spray the yard, and I spoke to the guy spraying the yard about bringing a mosquito bucket, helping reduce mosquitoes in the area, and I was told he would get me two buckets, but he only brought one, which was completely ineffective, I ended up having an ant infestation two days later, out of nowhere, and as I tried to call them, nobody answered, and I tried to call three days in a row with no answer from anyone and no call back. This is completely unacceptable and they are expensive! They will charge you, without thought, $149 every two months to come spray and obviously don't do a great job, at least in my case. Went back to yelp and looked for a local company that isn't national, and so incredibly large that they forgotten about customers, while being all about money, which is the feeling I got with this company. The product worked well to rid mosquitos and my initial call with the owner was great! But I learned in time he is not actually accessible, just there to make the sale. From there you can expect billing issues and inconsistent scheduling. Their online payment system is flawed, even if you are "paid up" with a big thumbs up confirmation you may still receive a bill, regardless of if they have visited you or not, and you need to write a check since the online system is inaccurate. I was with AMBUSH PEST CONTROL for many years and loved their service. They were sold to LAS VEGAS PEST CONTROL and things went from bad to worse. The first change was our monthly service going from $24 a month to $46 a month. I wasn't happy about that, but I figured it was the first increase in many years. There was a problem with them NOT charging my credit card for several months and sending me a letter saying I owed for 4 months of service. When I asked "you have a valid credit card on file, why didn't YOU charge it?" Round and round - we finally got THAT problem solved. They send out a different person each month - AMBUSH sent the same person. Now I get a email saying they will be spraying every OTHER month because the chemicals they use are very good. HOWEVER, they're going to charge me $46 EVERY MONTH (even the months they won't be coming out) because "your property is being protected by our chemicals". BULLSH**. I just called and spoke with Karen a new minutes ago and told her to cancel my service immediately and I want it in WRITING. She asked if I would allow her to talk with management and see if anything could be done. I said I'll be looking forward to hearing from her TODAY (5/22/23). My neighbor uses the same company and she's also wanting to cancel service. I've asked my neighbors on NEXTDOOR who they use and I'm getting a lot of great tips on pest control services that are monthly and a lot less money. I'm not attacking the individuals who work for this company, but the management is awful. PS: I was just told they would be willing to come out EVERY MONTH, but there would be an increase in price. I haven't had any problems with Las Vegas Pest Control since they took over for Ambush but today is going to be the showstopper. At approximately 12:15 this afternoon I get a call from my neighbors who tell me that my dog was walking around the cul-de-sac outside their garage. Thankfully they let him in and took care of him till I got home from work. When I got home I pulled up cancers footage and found that the Las Vegas Pest Control Tech left my gate open to my backyard. Ten minutes after he left, my dog came wondering out. He was outside for nearly 45 minutes and I'm just glad that he's so old and Senior and doesn't have the energy or strength to walk much further away from my house. That still does not excuse it though. Had my dog been hit by a car or had he strayed further from the house and gotten lost I would be even angrier than I am now. There is a good chance that I will be finding a new provider soon. It's disappointing too because I use them for our business offices as well as my home. I've also referred them to other people over the years. No more. Las Vegas pest control, you have my phone number if you want to reach out. We got charged for a service that never occurred for and instead of trying to call us or bill us via mail they sent it to collections! We never got a bill in the mail or a phone call otherwise we would have tried to resolve the issue!! Now I am stuck with a collection notice and I can't even get ahold of them to try to correct it!! Had a rental property who previously was serviced by Red Rock Pest Control, Las Vegas Pest Control bought them, and ever since the quality dropped. They didn't go by previous contract and agreement with previous company, only to find out later from Tenant that the roach issue had not been fixed, they sprayed for 2 years and were ineffective, unlike when Red Rock Pest Control, they managed the situation. Had a local exterminator for over five years they sold their business to Las Vegas pet control. They came for three months then was notified that I was behind in my payment. Never received an introduction that they were my new company. Never called to ask for my information to make a payment. Never left an invoice for me to make a payment. It was through verbal communication of the man who was spraying my house that day that I had to pay first before he would do another service. I said who do I call to straighten this out. Made the payment up-to-date. Every month I get a text telling me I'm past due and an email your payment information is incorrect. Worst communication company ever. The last straw was when I got a balance due and that I was late, and the service had doubled without any indication that they were raising their price. They are not worth the aggravation for five minutes to spray my house. I canceled their service and still was receiving throughout the week that I was late balance due. I have been with this company for 2 years, the techs are always nice, prompt and seem to be getting the job done. I live in an older home that had an insane amount of ants as tenants even had a rat as a guest once or twice. Like a Mr. Splinter sized RAT that decided to invite himself in at some point, while I had guests over....2 years later I have NO ANTS, Mr. Splinter or any of his doubles have not returned. I don't have roaches, mosquitoes, or spiders really. Just within the week I got an insane amount of spring tails for the first time, they are coming by to work on those in a few days. Don't worry, I'll let you know if they go away.
