I was already thrilled with them BEFORE the wedding day. They are very nice people and extremely accomodating. I swapped sauces on the entee dishes, changed my choices for appetizers, changed the number of attendants by 25 people, added coffee service, changed the number of attendants again, throw in a vegetarian dish... no matter what my changes, they were happy to help. And great response time too. If I sent an email at 2 pm, I'd have an email back before 5 pm. Working with a well run company is fantastic, but of course you're hiring them for the food! I think a lot of people have an idea of what good food is vs. good catered food. If you use Sterns, you just won't have to worry about making that distinction. It is amazing food! Not amazing catered food... AMAZING FOOD! For appetizers we had the antipasto skewers and spanikopita. Delicious and flavorful! We had 2 entrees; pork chops with a balsamic glaze and chicken florentine. Both were cooked perfectly and still juicy! But my favorite item was the creamy mushroom rice. It was like a really rich risotto and I'm not ashamed to admit I used my roll to sop up the remaining sauce. And luckily for me, I was concerned about having enough food, so I ordered more than was necessary. I didn't realize that Sterns already makes a pretty hefty portion, so I had a ton of leftovers. We had 2 servers; both prompt, polite, and hard working. Always a smile like they were happy to be joining us.
