We were having 4 boys between 3&5 on the 4th of July and decided fairly last minute (July 2) to rent a combo bounce house and water slide for them. Loved being able to shop online and pick what I wanted. They sent me the agreement to sign online and called the next day to verify. It was scheduled for 2-8pm and they gave me a delivery window of 8am-1pm but said they'd contact me when they were on their way. They didn't, which required some scrambling, but they were quick and did a great job. Also didn't know they weren't coming to pick it up that night. Called to let us know they were there very early the next morning which again created some logistical issues. Better communication would have been great, but I know it as a holiday. But, the rental was awesome and in great condition. The staff was nice. And the kids had a great time with it. Felt like it was a very fair price, and would definitely rent again. read more

After going to a jump time I wanted to add to my review. Jump time was really fun even though they only had one room open; but the lady working said that was really odd for a Friday which is their busiest free jump day . The lady working was extremely helpful when I asked her about birthday parties and redeeming my groupon was a really easy. The biggest issues were that the vending machines were out of everything and that because they only had the one room open it was a little crowed. (And some parents were socializing with eachother instead of watching their kids but that happens most free play places so not the places fault!) We will be back! read more

It's hard to find a bounce house company. So many are privately owned and run out of somebody's garage, and very few have helpful reviews. We chose this one for our company picnic because their address is an actual business, and the reps on the phone were friendly and professional. BEWARE. The people on the phone have nothing to do with what actually happens on the day of your event. o The unit arrived three and a half hours late. It was crystal clear on the form that we were scheduled for 1PM, in the agreement it states that the unit would either be delivered much earlier due to scheduling or up to an hour late. Which would have been fine. Three and a half hours late is beyond acceptable. o The driver gave unrealistic status updates all day long. Rather than being told the truth we were continually told "I'm on my way" throughout the duration of our party, making us lead on children and families and greatly increasing the disappointment and frustration of our 150+ guests. It is not fun to lie to kids. They don't know what happened with the driver, they just know that I am the person who told them all day long "Oh hey guys, the bounce house will be here at 2:30! Just kidding, 3:30! Just kidding, 4:30!" I still feel horrible about this. o The driver was poorly equipped to handle the equipment, and was extremely unprofessional. He kept telling me he was late because they have him running all over town and he couldn't get from one place to another quickly enough. He also said he was having a rough day and wished he could just give up but he couldn't. This is not the kind of information to pass on to customers, there is clearly a staffing and scheduling problem and that isn't our responsibility or liability. He also took 30-60 minutes to "wrap his ankle" while he had said he was on his way, and then at one point, a half hour after he was supposed to have arrived he called and said "Well I was just getting to thinking, if your party is almost over, should I even come?" o When he finally did arrive, so many kids and parents had left that we told him to just inflate one unit. Kids got to jump on it for about 10-15 minutes and then while we were down the hill signing paperwork it deflated, WHILE KIDS WERE ON IT. We weren't offered an explanation or apology, he just packed up and left! o I was unable to contact any management on the day of the event and was made to sign a billing form I didn't agree with. When I contacted management on Monday they agreed to a full refund and were professional about the whole thing. But the damage can't be undone, I don't know what I'm going to do about all of my coworkers' kids thinking I'm a liar. Next year we plan to get bounce houses from somewhere else where we can pick them up ourselves, and we will just pay our own staff to be on duty to set them up. No matter how good the intentions of the business or management staff are, the front lines staff make or break the event, and this definitely broke ours as far as kids were concerned. This place needs to get organized, and hire the right people to deliver their bounce houses. Until that happens, do yourself a favor and FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE. read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! As a former bounce house company owner I know that safety, customer service, and referrals are the key to growing and maintaining a successful business. First, this company is RUN by kids. Yes, there is an adult owner, but the day to day operations are handled by kids. These kids have no regard to safety and allow kids to behave unsafely on the equipment. I know. My youngest daughter had her nose broken on one of their slides because the ride operators were allowing too many kids to slide down at one time. Immediately following her accident, with blood going everywhere, no adults could be found to assist and the kids were too overwhelm to be helpful. Second, after selling our bounce house company I had an occasion to rent a bounce house and I tried Let's Jump. What a disaster. The driver was late arriving and 2 hours early to pick up. Terrible customer service and extremely misleading information on site. I ordered the patriot bouncer with "pool" however there was no pool at the end. Only a bumper. The water run off caused lots of mud which can be expected however not what I wanted which is why I rented the "pool". Once they arrived, I inquired about the discrepancy and was told that I wasn't the only one who complained about this. I called the numbers and no answer. No one works on the weekends which makes it difficult to get things resolved when you have issues or concerns. Spoke with the customer service representative on Monday and she came across like, "well what would you like me to do" when I expressed my concerns. I explained the the website is extremely misleading with saying the bouncer slide had a pool at the end when it clearly was NOT a pool. My husband then had to spend a LOT of time and money going and onlooking for an inflatable pool in the stores. She said it was a "splash pool". So I asked why was that not said on the website. Cause had it been. I would not have rented that one or might have gone with a different provider. She places me on hold and comes back and says the owner said "it is what it is" and there is NOTHING they can do. WOW is all I can say. As a business owner, it's super unfortunate that the approach of businesses is to completely blow off their customers after they receive their money. I reached out to them immediately when I had the concern but no one to answer so it's not like I just used them and wanted my money back after already using their services. Poor communication. Misleading website. Terrible business practices. I would absolutely NOT recommend them and they will never receive business from me or anyone I know again. Run, Run, Run as far away from this company as possible. Rented a bounce house from them in May. Pick up was delayed by two days because of heavy rains. That was'nt a huge problem. The problem started with their pickup crew jumping my fence, pullng the accuator pin on my privacy gate (damaging the gateand trespassing) opening it manually and then backing up my driveway. I had a terrible experience with this company. I rented a large water double slide bounce house and added a snow cone machine. First, the installation crew didn't really know how to set it you. The sprinklers were not working well. They didn't tell me that the pool had to be filled with water. I sent the snow cone machine back because it was filthy dirty, the hose for water drainage was ripped and no door was attached. The snow cone supplies that I paid for were from Walmart(cups and spoons) the syrup was already open and had been previously used with no cover on the opening. I paid roughly $400 dollars. Here is my experience; - Shortly after it was delivered, it started to get windy as a storm was approaching - A Let's Jump rep called us to tell us to turn off the unit - We turned off the unit, did not turn it back on til after the storm passed (per their instructions) - When we turned the unit back on, it did not work properly and the kids were not able to jump in it - Even though we were instructed to turn off the unit during our rental time and the fact that the unit did not work after we were able to turn it back on, they did not give us a refund, not a single cent, even though not 1 kid was able to jump in it the entire time. To this day I haven't received a confirmation that the down payment went through (although their order confirmation email states they would). Then today I had to cancel my reservation due to a scheduling conflict that came up. I asked for a cancellation confirmation from them and am wondering if I ever get one. Do not rent from them. I ordered a slide to be delivered at 4pm On Friday. My son was having a huge party: I had many appointments the morning of which is why 4pm was my deliver time. So as I'm walking Into my hair salón at 10:00 am the delivery guy calls me and tells me he's at my house to set up: after a long debate I end having to walk out of my appt and I get charged for it. So I run home to handle this. They set it up and leave. Later that day I turn the water on to fill up the slide. I love this place! They have fantastic hours, and they're open all day every day during the week so that my son can get all of his wiggles out. They always have Groupon or Living Social deals, so that you can get multi-visit punch cards for super cheap. When I ordered my bounce house I ordered it from 11AM-7PM. My party didn't start until noon but I wanted it set up in time before the kids arrived. I received a call the day prior and they stated that their goal is to be there an hour early to set up anyway so I asked to move it from noon - 8PM and they stated they couldn't do that because their schedule for the weekend was booked already and they would be there to set up prior to 11AM. They also informed me that I would need 1 extension cord and water hose available. Knowing that I told all the parents they could arrive early since we should have the bounce house set up by 11AM. The guys delivering the house didn't show up until right at 11AM and then we found out that they did not have all of the bounce house with them (they were missing the pool that went to the bottom of the slide) and that we needed 2 ext cords so I had to send someone in my family to go out and purchase another one. The guy with the other piece of the pool did not show up until 12:45 (in the middle of the party) and he was new so he did not know how to set up the attachment he brought. It took my husband missing our daughter opening presents to help him figure out how to make it work. Then they also had to switch out some blowers to keep everything blown up. We didn't have all sections blown up, attached and water filled up and working until after 1PM and my daughters party ended at 2PM so that was disappointing to the several kids who got to spend less than an hours in the bounce house and water slide. My daughter did get to enjoy the rest of the day playing in the house and the guys offered to pick the unit up a litte late, but she played alone and the guys showed up at 7:30 so we paid for 8 hours and it was only working for 6 1/2. read more

The delivery driver was great. After delivery, he asked if he could leave the inflatable overnight. We said yes. Gave him my dad and husbands phone number through text message because I would be working the next day. He said they would be called the next day, 30 minutes before they arrived for pick up. It was raining the next day. No one called. No one showed up. I sent a text and was told to call the owner. Owner never answered the phone, so I sent a text. He said it would be picked up the next day and someone would call 30 minuted before they arrived. The next day (Monday, a normal work day) I get a phone call and text that they are at my dads house to pick up. The two guys sat in the driveway in front of the gate honking their horn. No one knew who they were. So the two guys decided to pull a pin on the gate and let themselves in, damaging the gate. They were told to leave the property. When I called the owner, he didn't seem to understand that purpose of a gate is to keep people out and they shouldn't have opened it without permission. They ended up sending another driver to pick up. My dad spoke to the owner and he agreed he would refund the cost of the inflatable and would pay for the repair to the gate if it was needed. A week and a half later, no refund. When we called, he argued and said he never agreed he would refund and did not want to pay for the gate repair. Once he was told we would contact our attorney, he then agreed to pay for the repair. I have rented from the company for a few years. Last year the driver tried to pick up the rental two hours early. When I told him "No" he said he could leave it overnight but I would be charged an additional $100. Which is against their policy. I would stay far away from this company. My organization rented a bounce house and tables and chairs from this company on Saturday, October 17th. The delivery was scheduled for first thing in the morning, as my event started at 7AM, even though the schedule online only allows for 8AM. I was assured we would be the first drop off of the morning, set up and ready to go by 7:45AM. The driver did not arrive until after 9AM, I called the company numerous times trying to get updates and no one answered, the driver offered no explanation for his lateness. Vendors at the event had to leave to get their own tables from home, and it reflected poorly on our event. When I called about the poor service, I was offered a $20 discount for over an hour missed of a three hour event. Extremely poor service, I would not recommend to anyone. read more

DO NOT USE this company. I have been a longtime customer for many years and the last inflatable that I spent $300 on for a child's birthday party had a strap that broke less than one hour into the party. The company was closed and no one could be reached so we tried to fix the strap ourselves. The strap broke just by us pulling on it because it had rotted. We had to deflate the slide because it was dangerous and windy. I called the company Monday morning and Wednesday morning I received a call offering $50 refund. So, I spent $250 for less than one hour of use. Maxwell made up a story that they had blown up the slide and we had replaced the strap ourselves, which was not true and I'm not sure why they would even say that besides trying to make it seem like we were able to use it? Maxwell would not let me speak to anyone of his Managers and just said that was it. I told him they lost a longtime customer over it and he just said, "okay." If you want a company with customer service that will treat their longtime customers with respect and will help them with any issues with their inflatable, then you need to find another company to use! read more

While the office staff and email communication was flawless, the deliverer lacked any professionalism or reliability. First, the number he was calling was my husband's number who was not the point of contact for the event, which is an honest mistake. However, when I called the office to get an update on my delivery because I had not heard anything about it even a couple of hours prior to the expected delivery time, the driver then called my husband upset that I had called the office. Next, when he was dropping everything off, when I asked him when he would be picking the items back up, he said either Saturday or Sunday, nothing definitive. When I called him Saturday asking when he'd pick it up, he said he would pick it up on Sunday. I told him that I had a full day at church and wouldn't be home until about 4:30 p.m. but that I could adjust my schedule if he gave me a specific time. Again he responded with no specific time. He said, "most likely afternoon or evening." (That conversation I have as a text saved in my phone.) So, because of the ambiguity, I did change my schedule (which is incredibly painful to do when you have 6 six kids) that morning so that I wouldn't miss him. I called him that afternoon wondering if he had a time set yet. He replied with, "I told you I'd pick it up this evening" which wasn't exactly true. (He said, "afternoon or evening" per his text.) I replied telling him I wouldn't be home until after 5 now. He said he would come after that. I received a call at 4:44 p.m. saying that the delivery guy is 30 minutes out. I was still 5 minutes from home, so I thought, "Ok, I should be there in time to pack it all up." I get home 5 minutes later and he is already there picking up some of the stuff which was still at my neighbors. HE REEKED OF ALCOHOL! He was incredibly rude and angry because things were not packed up yet even though I told him and he agreed not to come until after 5 and that I received the call that he was coming only 5 minutes earlier. He wouldn't even put the chairs on the truck! He said, "That's my job!" All of my neighbors can attest to his state and behavior. We were all appalled, especially because all of our children were witnessing it! I wish I could give 0 stars. This is most unprofessional and infuriating company to deal with. I ordered a bounce house and toddler table several weeks ago for a party of June 3rd. On Wednesday, May 31st, they left me a voicemail that they did not deliver to Greenville, TX and that they had canceled my order, but that I would get all my money refunded. I was completely caught off guard, seeing as they had plenty of time to figure out they didn't deliver to my location. This left me 4 days from my event without a bounce house. Since it was the beginning of June, graduation parties, birthday parties, etc. all the other companies were already booked. I called a ton. I would have taken anything at this point. I called Let's Jump back begging for them to let me have the bounce house still, offering to pay extra for delivery. Our location was 10-15 minutes from Caddo Mills, which was one of their delivery locations. They finally agreed to have us meet them in Rockwall to pick everything up. The girl told me we would work out details on Thursday. Thursday I never heard from them. Friday, I called at 9 am. I was told by a different girl that she would find out and call me back in 10 minutes. I never heard back. I called back 3 more times and emailed twice. Every time not getting an answer. We needed to plan out our morning since now my husband needed to drive 30 miles from our party location to the pick up location. Anyone who has planned a party knows that it takes a lot of preparation. I needed to add an hour drive time to our morning timeline to cover the pick up. We needed to know what time. I was beyond angry when my last call went to voicemail at 4:45 because they had left the office for the day. I still had no details for what time or where my husband was supposed to pick up our stuff the next morning. I was scared they would take my money and never get back to me. I FINALLY heard back with details around 8 that night. I was slightly less pissed off because all I really wanted was for my baby to have a good birthday party. I would not have gone through the hassle of dealing with these people, but at this point I had no other options and I had promised all the kids a bounce house. Then at 7:30 am the morning of the party, I got a text message canceling my order entirely due to weather. I never heard anything else. I got a generated email saying to email them to reschedule my party (yeah right!) and that I would get refunded my money except my deposit. So I fought for 48 hours to get them to reinstate my order, making numerous calls and writing multiple emails and instead of getting all my money back, it actually cost me $35 AND I still never got my stuff. I needed that toddler table for the kids to sit at. Our party was sunny and the weather was beautiful. This company is a joke! I used them last year and had no issues and planned on using them again for my other child's party, but never again! This is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, horrible company I've ever encountered. Absolute crooks! People rent their products for special events and it's their job to deliver. Deliver on what they promised. Their inability to do their job messed up something special for our family. I had a very heartbroken 3 year old and all his disappointed little friends. I booked a party that they had at the MVP location. When I arrived at 1:45 the location was not set up. I asked if it would be set up by 2:00 and the jump houses would be up and going. They informed me of course. While waiting in their small waiting room it was 2:05 and I had to ask what was going on, no one bothered to inform me. At 2:10 they stated we could walk back there a few of the bounces houses were up and running. When we got in there the kids started jumping and two of the bounces collapsed with kids inside and the workers did not even try to help get them out it was all the parents attending the party. Now we were down to just one bounce house but shortly they got the two that went down back up and running and they told us it was safe. They were still working on the other two that were still not up. The two we were told were safe went down again. At this point I asked to speak to the manager that no one got for me or told me she was in the room until I walked back up to the front. When I found out she was in the room I advised her I think I might have to move my party, she said well I guess I can give you back your deposit. No one ever even said sorry or tried to help. Here is my son's birthday party that is not going to happen because of Lets Jump inability to have their equipment running correctly. I am having to move my party to another location and luckily I had parents that were willing to go somewhere else but no help from Let's Jump staff or any type of understanding for what I was going through.
