Pricing was great, but they really screwed my wedding planner with the chairs. I called to pay over the phone, only to find out the week of the wedding they never charged my card, putting my rentals in jeopardy. Also the speaker we ordered looked like a auditorium podium from 90s high school assembles and we had to ask everyone at my wedding to turn off their Bluetooth so the wedding officiant wouldn't be intterupted. Called super last minute on a Saturday .... Was able to get a forklift delivered same day within a couple hours !!

Recently I rented 150 foot of 2" hose and had to purchase the nozzle for the 2" hose since they don't rent the nozzles. I would soon find out why. As far as the rental service went, it was good. They even went to the trouble of getting additional hose to meet our order. And everyone was professional and polite. But not willing to listen to my concerns about the quality of the item I purchased. The nozzle was made of high impact plastic and sold for $70.00. After one use and being dropped on asphalt one time it cracked around the threaded end. Now it's useless. I get it, don't drop the nozzle. But now I'm seeing many complaints online about this brand of nozzle and realize it's probably a poor design or poor materials because I don't think a high use item such as a 2" hose nozzle should be this fragile. My point is, Fox Rentals should know this and I suspect they do since they would not rent or warranty the nozzle. Moral of my story is, don't buy anything from Fox, they don't offer warranties. read more

I've rented equipment here many times in the past and always pleased. This time however I tried to rent a lift and was told its in the yard but it's reserved. My reply was I've been told its first come first serve, that's why I'm here just after the doors open. The man at the counter told me its first come first serve unless you're a customer with an account then you can reserve equipment. I'll take my business elsewhere, don't like being treated like I'm a second class customer! read more

This is the best kept secret for party rentals in this area. They are both affordable and easy to work with. Chad is a joy to work with and extremely helpful if you need advice. When you drive by this place in Grapevine it looks like a construction rental company (and it is) but I would never guess that you could rent supplies for a party such as dishes, glasses, linens, chaffing dishes, tables and more. You pick up (or get delivered ) what you need and bring back the dirty glasses. Such a stress free way to have an event. If you are hosting an event I highly recommend you use them. I live right around the corner from this place and needed to rent a piece of equipment. I called a week and a half ahead of time to reserve a small earth mover and Fox Rental told me they do not accept reservations, it is first come first serve. So the following Saturday I went in first thing when they opened and saw three of these machines in their lot. The guy behind the counter told me all three were already rented for the day. So I asked him how can they be rented if they're still in the lot and I'm one of the first customers for the day? He basically told me that companies with accounts get preference even if someone else gets there earlier...which means they won't rent popular equipment to the first time customer. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere but unfortunately there's no other equipment rental places in Grapevine. read more
