Gloves, mittens, vests, duffels, messenger bags, etc. This location is where they do their retail business and leatherwork. The hides, thankfully, are processed at a different location. For years I knew them as the Uber Glove Company. It's possible that it still is, and Century Leather Products may just be their web presence. The quality of their work can't be beat. I had a pair of their mittens for over 20 years that I replaced this winter only because I lost them. They have a tanned leather palm and black fur-like back, that make them look like bear paws. I recently went there to buy some slippers and saw that they have an all leather version of these mittens. I was so impressed with the look and quality, that I bought a pair of mittens in the middle of May. The person I spoke with was extremely nice and the prices are reasonable considering the workmanship involved.

Store credit was it. I searched for an hour and ended up just getting things to total my return. This lady was awful. I am in town for medical reasons, I will not be returning so the 1 year credit was no good. There is nothing posted in the the store that states NO REFUNDS. NEVER again. My receipt had my card receipt stapled over the top of the policy so I never saw it. I would never have made the initial purchase.

Checking around there are not many places that do this kind of work anymore. Decided to go to Hasting Shoe Service since they are only 20 minutes away. Up front they provided an estimate for cost and time that was right on the money. They not only did an excellent job of applying the new soles but took the time to completely recondition the leather (using Neatsfoot oil I think) so that my boots look nearly new. I can't say enough good things about this place. Their work is top notch.
