While waiting I received a quote, dang... expensive. I really love my old bike and have a new gravel bike I like and had to think. There was no pressure to say yes, they did not even try to upsell me a new bike. Im glad I had them work on it, it rides as smooth and free as ever. I did still have an issue with the front derailleur which was addressed promptly. Overall I had a great experience with the service dept as they went above and beyond any expectations I had. She ordered in every model of the bike and then held onto the one we wanted so we could drive up from Omaha to test drive them. Ended up buying two bikes and a new rack. When we had an issue with the rack, Ann called Saris and had a new part sent to our house. My only regret? That they aren't closer so we could do all of our business with them. Solid business!!

In all, I think that Scoops is a very good addition to this classic small town.
