I took the box and this morning, the fit was much different. The jacket did not fit right when tried on with a normal, fall shirt. Went back to find another staff member (NOT a people person) and am told NO REFUNDS. There wasn't much in that store for my style or size and she refused to give me a dollar of my near $400. Store credit was it. I searched for an hour and ended up just getting things to total my return. This lady was awful. I am in town for medical reasons, I will not be returning so the 1 year credit was no good. There is nothing posted in the the store that states NO REFUNDS. NEVER again. My receipt had my card receipt stapled over the top of the policy so I never saw it. I would never have made the initial purchase.

The staff here was top notch; there was a greeter that gave us the lay of the land when we entered, as well as an abundance of staff offering help throughout the store. The drive down from the city was quicker than anticipated (about 45 minutes), and the fall colors along the drive + river was a nice bonus. Checking around there are not many places that do this kind of work anymore. Decided to go to Hasting Shoe Service since they are only 20 minutes away. Up front they provided an estimate for cost and time that was right on the money. They not only did an excellent job of applying the new soles but took the time to completely recondition the leather (using Neatsfoot oil I think) so that my boots look nearly new. I can't say enough good things about this place. Their work is top notch.

Lonnie displayed so much pain and anger, it was shocking and then heartbreaking. Lonnie has some significant troubles.
