"No one will look there so it doesn't matter" exact words said to me over the phone…read more I asked for a move out clean, assuming it would be a deep clean, as stated on their website. The first day they asked for an extension, I said "sure, sorry, I didn't realize my house was that bad" the cleaner responded "oh no, it's not the house" with giggles in the background. They came back in the morning and "finished." I went to look it over, they missed a few things, so i called, they kindly came back again. Again. A few things were missed. Things that were said to be done from their website. So I called again. One more time they came out, they got 95% of the house clean. Ill give credit for that. But it took 4 times. They were kind enough to take off a small discount for the trouble, and like I said, they got most of it done. Main reason for my 1 star review is the quote above, said to me on my last call to cancel service. That certainly is not the kind of work ethic I'd hire again. Just cause you wouldn't see it, doesn't mean it doesn't matter. I am paying for a service from your site, I expect it to be done.
