My appointment was for 1. No one showed up. At 1:45 I sent a text asking where they were. I get a response be that they are running late and will be there in half a hour. I sent a message and said it wouldn't work then a lady showed up here at 10 minutes to 3 and I told her I canceled and she left. It is almost every week they are late. If they are unable to finish there prior job in time maybe they need to change the time they are due at there next appointment so we don't go through this every week read more

The cleaner was available on short notice due to a surprise kitchen deep clean needed at move in. She did an excellent job and removed tough stains and built on gunk. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could -- the half star less than perfect is that she missed a few drawers that still had crumbs in them so we cleaned those afterward. read more

Gleam team is your go to if you need your house deep cleaned or just a tune up. They come prepared and are professional, personable and get the job done how YOU want it done. I have them come once a month for a tune up and they vacuum, dust, wash surfaces as needed. They can also offer advice on de-cluttering if needed. I feel safe when they are in my home as well. No moaning or groaning about what needs to get done. They are hard chargers and get er' done. read more

Then, after all the rearranging I did to make this work, they call and cancel. An emergency had come up. First meetings with new clients are important. Alex and his Gleam Team are Ther Best window cleaners we've hired - Ever! They use the 'Reverse Osmosis' process which magically left our windows Spot-Free. There were no ladders, squeegees or sponges. - No Clean Up. A water fed pole sprayed purified mineral-free water, brushed and then rinsed - All Done! The window frames, the muntins surrounding each pane of glass, and even the sills were super clean.
