I'll start by saying that I hate to give low reviews. This is the second time we've eaten here. I didn't remember that we had been before until we pulled up in front. My husband and I each ordered the chicken shawarma plate. I could tell at first sight that it was dry and had an odd smell. We took a bite and I knew right away I wasn't going to be able to eat it. I went to the counter and told the server that we weren't happy with the chicken; it was dry and it didn't taste fresh. He said it was made that day and he would speak to the chef. The chef carved off more chicken off the spit and onto the grill with some liquid to moisturize it. It still was a pretty sad excuse for shawarma. Fortunately, the bread and sides (tabbouleh and eggplant) filled us up. read more

Had an Uber Eats voucher so I ordered here for pickup. I hate not having a Cava in Cedar Park, but this was a tastier less-commercialized version of that. The various side dishes are all delicious. I loved the jalapeño hummus especially on my pita. This was some of the best and freshest tasting tabbouleh ever! The couscous salad was good, but wasn't a huge fan of the lemon flavor they use. The beef and lamb Levant Shawarma was too thin and dry for my liking, so I'd probably go with a different meat next time. The taste of the sides made up for it though! The falafel weren't spectacular especially for $1.50 each. It comes with tahini sauce. The spicy sauce they have as optional is very good. The perfect heat and a spectacular flavor. I have been here several times and usually love it but the last time I went the base I selected had uncooked and hard pieces to it. I think the barley was undercooked. I couldn't eat it. What a cool place! It's nice to have a new unique restaurant in the area! I ordered the Levant Shawarma Stuffed Pita with a side of their fries and a drink. The pita was filled with plenty of toppings and I enjoyed the sauce used as well. The meat was beef and lamb which had a nice texture due to the meat not being ground up too much. Been wanting to try this place for a while but it seemed like every time I drove by, not many cars... I guess I drove by at the wrong times because we came tonight for dinner and this place had a steady flow of customers, both dining in and getting take out. We tried the chicken shawarma pita meal. Fantastic! Pickles were a little sour/salty. The fries are hand cut and yummy! We tried the Levant plate with the beef/lamb, the Levant rice, and hummus. We preferred the chicken shawarma meat over the beef/lamb. The rice was very flavorful and the hummus was delish! We also tried the falafels... crispy on the outside, pillowy on the instead, and great flavor! The spicy sauce took away from the flavor of the falafels. Also tried the yalanji... if you like dolmas, it's pretty much the same thing! Tart and yummy! We sampled the different breads... favorite was the Palestinian Mhammara was my favorite! Their pita is fantastic! Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back to try more items on the menu! read more

Excellent! Best pita I have ever had. They have the best options. I got the chicken shwarma plate. It was one of the best things I have ever had. Mike asked if I wanted it spicy. I said "Yes!". Wow it was so tasty! Love the tabouli and mixed veggies as my side. The portion sizes are huge. I could not finish mine so I have leftovers. My husband is doing keto so this place works great as an option because you can choose all meat and veggies. Owner Mike is extremely nice you can tell he loves what he does. Such a great place and we loved how well we were treated on our first visit. I'm half-Lebanese and I enjoyed the food soo much! The tabouli was spot on, which I've never had this good of tabouli outside my tita's kitchen. Nice and juicy; spot on. The pita bread is awesome, the chicken shawarma was great including the sauces the owner suggested. Kibbe was great, the cauliflower and all the other side veggies were cooked just right. Cool atmosphere and a very warm & welcoming especially with the fun outgoing owner (didn't catch his name). Also a perfect spot in the Randall's parking lot area @ Cypress Creek and Lakeline. Ordered for delivery on the weekend. Excited to find good Middle Eastern food. Ordered the Shishlik and the Chicken Taouk. Sides of grilled vegetables and Syrian Moussaka. It was all very good. Tasted fresh. The meat was tender. The Moussaka warm and very tasty. The kids loved it. Told the wife that I've got a great find. Ordered again this evening. Delivered quickly. Boy was I looking forward to another yummy great. It was, however, not to be. The meat was clearly microwaved. It was tough and gristly and old. Every bite of both the chicken and beef. The topper--and this was just plain disgusting--the Syrian Moussaka was stone cold, right out of the refrigerator. I gagged. I called them. There is only a recording complaining about being short staffed, no phone orders, only online I'm told by message. Tried calling multiple times. No one picks up. Clearly someone is manning the "restaurant" and filling orders without knowledge or training, e.g., like taking the leftover Syrian Moussaka right out of the refrigerator and not even bothering to at least microwave it before sending it off for delivery. This place is wonderful if you enjoy Lebanese food. EVERYTHING is made fresh in house. The pita breath is soft and fluffy and fresh baked. We had the steak and chicken Kabob plates. The meats were perfectly cooked and moist, well seasoned, with delicious grilled vegetables. I had baba ganoush and tabbouleh, and the portions were very large and delicious. I also tried the stuffed grape leaves; they were very cold as we were the first customers in - I prefer them at room temperature, regardless they were very good. The owner and staff were very nice and checked in with us to make sure all was good. I was very impressed with the food and service. Well, I guess I'm in the minority once again. Service at the counter is very slow. They need a better system. It takes way too long to get through the entire line to the register while waiting on others ahead of you and then having to wait for your bowl to makes it way down the assembly line. And my friends and I arrived early. I had an idea what I wanted. I got the Levant bowl with the rice. The couscous and the cabbage. The man just threw tabouli on my plate and I HATE parsley. The mushroom item had canned mushrooms and the man said he makes that for the Texans, um... Texans don't like canned mushrooms (yuck). I just thought it was a rude comment. The toppings are interesting to chose from. Customer service was pitiful today. Perhaps it was an off day. Maybe I'll try the kabobs if I go again. The pita was great. I really wanted to like this place. I'd heard fantastic reviews, but for us, it just wasn't great. Maybe it is because we got it to go, maybe it is because we ordered late in the day, or maybe it was a one off not great day. We got 2 orders of dolmas, two beef swarma (which I don't believe that is what they call it but I couldn't remember) with a side of humus and a side of falafels. My husband got baklava for dessert for himself. Our meat was so tough and chewy, not a ton of flavor, and it was cut into very small strip-like pieces (think fajitas) rather than sliced like we were used too. The hummus was good and the falafel was fine, nothing special, but not bad. The dolmas (which they call something else too) were pretty good, but ice cold. I've had dolmas hot, warm, and room temperature, but never super cold. I would have reheated them but i didn't know how to do it without screwin them up. The flavor was good, it was just the temperature that was weird to me. If I was to try them again, I would eat there. My husband said the food the people were eating in the restaurant looked a lot better than what we'd taken to-go. read more

Man!!! You got to treat Customers better. We went to dine-in and they messed up our check and charged extra for something we didn't even order. I brought this up to the Boss guy and he immediately was mad at his Cashier girl and asked to do a refund. It was all okay...But unfortunately, I asked a simple question about the Pita bread with every plate or something like that and all hell broke lose. Hidden gem of Mediterranean food that had the perfect level of spiciness for my hot spicy loving hubby and my wimpy level. I got the chicken shawarma pita with fries. The Iraqi amba & garlic sauce is what determines the spicy level. I also had sumac and tahini with my shawarma. Hubby got the Levant shawarma with iraqi amba meal and it was too much for lunch! I didn't discover this gem until someone ordered takeout (so Covid era) from here. One whiff of the Syrian mousaka and I was sold. Like, I didn't even have to taste the food to know how good it was gonna be. Since we're a family of vegetarians, the option of choosing a plethora of vegan/vegetarian food is such a win. Some of my favorites include : - Israeli couscous - Mousaka (eggplant) - zatar bread - jalapeño humus. The prices are not bad, the flavor speaks for itself. I'm not a food critic, I don't write editorials about local food, I'm not a blogger; What I know for sure is the food here is absolutely fantastic and the most authentic I've ever tried. I haven't tried much but I do think most Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food I have had is a Westernized version. Maybe this is too, I don't know I'm just an American who ventures out to have a bit off everyone's plate The Lebanese potatoes were my favorite. The place got a rush of patrons coming in when we did, I'm almost sure the owner was back there slinging falafel and dishing out heaping servings of babaganoush (also very delicious) but we had our food quickly. Everything we tried was a treat. Also the soda selection was seriously unique. It looks like a local craft soda machine, very cool and out of the ordinary flavors. I came in for a late lunch on Saturday, and was greeted by a friendly woman who helped decipher my needs of their food. She did amazing in suggesting their Levant shawarma pita, which is a beef/lamb mix with veggies and great sauce. I also needed to try the falafel, and got that as a side. The food came out in a few min to my seat, and I was bestowed with the honor of eating this most amazingly spiced and flavorful shawarma, nestled in a homemade pita. Then I dove into the falafel, served with a garlic sauce and sumac onions on top, such light pillows of falafel...my mouth is watering right now thinking about it. Never been here before until recently, picked it out of the blue from looking at a Google map showing restaurants. First impression is it is a restaurant. Walk in the door and the serving line quickly disabuses you of that notion. There is an extensive list of plates, entrees, and sides. Decent selection of drinks at the filling station. I picked Levant rice, Levant shawarma, and tabbouleh; wife picks ribeye, hummus, and tabbouleh. They bring to the table a few minutes later. They screw up the order and serve her Levant shawarma. I take both plates back to counter and ask which is ribeye....OOPS. They quickly make ribeye and bring it plus a $5 off card for next time. Get pita basket; bread is not bland but is plain, no added flavor. Tabbouleh is cold but has too much lemon juice added in my opinion. The rice is cold/room-temp. The plates are decent looking plastic but cold and not warmed up, the silverware looks like the cheap stuff from a restaurant supply house. The place is empty except for us and another couple. The cashier kid actually comes over to wipe down only 1 table next to us, uses strong Windex aimed in our direction. Overall, I'd give the place about 3-1/2 stars.
