They came out and tore our driveway out a week before coming back to pour. No re-leveling done after a week of settle and weather. The pour took place with temps reaching the low 90's. We had PMC back out multiple times for water pooling, cracks, discoloration, etc. They hit our garage and caused damage not alerting us to it. After reviewing our ring camera footage we saw and had to call and complain. They sent a handyman out to cover up where it had been damaged instead of actually fixing it. Our stamped patio was never "stained" the right color we requested upon scheduling. We had a curb poured and a section crumbled so they cut the section out and poured a new piece which looks pretty bad. We have cracks and broken pieces throughout. The end product fell WELL below our expectations. Tim and Pat deferred the issues to Matt who honestly just wanted us to go away and did a little as possible to make that happen. We have been asked by neighbors and friends for a concrete referral. After what we experienced we will never recommend PMC!

It took a few schedule misses before a team could come out to try again. The team that came out today was exceptional. Paul P was the crew leader with Steven M, Robert S, and Laywandre J. Paul agreed to try and lift the chimney this time to correct the problem. He was able to lift the chimney by three inches. I think that this team did a much better job than the one from a year ago. They also cleaned up the yard where they dug so you can't even tell they were here. Great job this time!
