My photographer was kind of enough to bring the dress back to the states while my husband and I honeymooned in Europe. When I returned, 2 weeks later, I grabbed the suitcase from him and went directly to Lynda to get it cleaned before our U.S. reception. When we opened the case, the smell of mold came wafting out. The dress was actually still wet after two weeks. I asked her to just do whatever she could do and was preparing myself for my dress never being the same. Then I went to pick it up and was greeted with a dress that looked the exact same as when I picked it up from the designer. I was ecstatic. Lynda worked a miracle with this.

I had to be literally sewn into the dress moments before the wedding--a nightmare scenario for any special occasion. When I brought the issue to their attention, they agreed to replace the zipper. I explained that the original zipper was small and discreet, and it needed to match. The woman working there dismissed my concern, telling me, "I know, shes a professional." When I picked it up again, the new zipper was huge, completely wrong for the dress, and looked ridiculous. They again promised to fix it. Two more weeks go by, and when I returned to finally pick it up, it still wasn't fixed. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and incredibly disappointing experience. The place was really clean. He was actually cleaning when I was there. There is no trash on the floor anywhere all the areas that you would fold. Your clothes are clean all the pressing machine was clean. I didn't know that they had that that was cool. There was clean seating, clean vending machines and also I didn't know that you needed one of those cards to pay for that either I was trying to use my debit card. I'm like why is it not working? The staff is very nice. The area where he sits with the soap and everything behind him which I wish I knew that they had that there because I had to go into the dollar tree to get some soap, but that is very convenient. I love that there is nothing wrong with the place at all. Also paying 2.50 to use the washing machine then paying 2.50 to use the dryer is not a lot since you're literally going there to use. It is a clean place. It's convenient.

The service, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and quality of the cleaning is top shelf. Their prices are also amazing! For example, I took my 9x12 Ruggable rug in on 06/08/2026 to have them wash and dry it and it was only $30 + tax. The rug was ready the next day and it looked fabulous and smelled amazing.
