So I found this place listed on a map just 2 miles away and I'm so glad I did! It's pretty clean the machines are unbelievable! They actually have one that costs $8 but it does 8 loads at once.... just WOW! And the dryers are just as amazing if you can believe that. The smallest one does 6 loads and is $1 for 20 min and you can add to that time. I think the best customer service thing these guys offer is.... FREE, yes you read that right..... FREE laundry detergent for their customers! I will definitely be back..... and will be bringing friends from the hotel with me ;-)

On top of that, I specifically requested no creases in my clothes, yet they completely ignored my request and pressed them anyway. What's even more disappointing is that the employees themselves admitted they are aware customer service is no longer what it used to be. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I had $15 cash and that wasn't enough for 1 large washer, 1 medium and 1 small washer. Plus the extra fees for the card activation. Just a little frustrated since this is the closest washateria to me. Lady at the front was very sweet and the mat is nice and clean, fresh and organized. I am not leaving a bad review, just my experience so you know before you get here. Otherwise everything else was pretty solid.
