Overall a very unfortunate and expensive experience. Did everything to accommodate their schedule yet the end result is zero accountability or effort made to correct damage caused by their work. The one owner Yvon is unpleasant, condescending and is completely disinterested in any form of resolution other than extorting every bit of profit.
