Stopped in for my wife to look for some jeans. Good- Okay selection, the associate came over to assist once... and he is bilingual. Store is clean and well organized. Opportunity- Sales are not made from the cash wrap. Train associates to get away from the registers and interact with the customers. Also, no a fan of how small the prices are listed. My parents went into the store to make a return a week after the purchase but were denied a return. The receipt says the return window is supposed to be a 30 days return policy. My parents informed me that the employees called them bad customers for trying to make a return. My family and I do both recommend this store a visit. read more

Customer service is terrible. Rude manager. Brought back a damage item the next day and the manager would not allow a return nor exchange. She said the tag was ripped and that the salesclerk would've seen the damage. I didn't see the damage so most likely neither did the salesclerk. For a $20 shirt, I did not appreciate her insinuation that I had damaged the shirt. Will never shop there again. read more

Terrible experience with a rude manager. Tried to EXCHANGE not even return 3 pairs of jeans that we had bought less than 24 hours ago. We still had all the tags but had taken them off. The manager that helped us was very rude. She would not return our jeans because she accused us of washing them. We didn't wash them. She was rude and condescending and said "well our clothes don't smell like this". Levi's should rethink who they have working as managers (specifically this one). She was dull, rude, and unhelpful. A week ago, I went in for their bogo event, bought 1 pair of jeans, and got a 2nd pair for free. I picked a pair for my husband and one for myself. When checking with someone working on the floor for my size, but a different length, they didn't have it, but said they could order them for me online, they'll ship to me and they can still do the bogo. $37 in store for my husband's and $38 online for mine. Got them in the mail, and the sales associate had ordered the wrong color and pair. I go today to exchange for the ones in store, but the manager working today wouldn't honor the same promotion because they said it had changed and that the ones I bought online were more expensive and that the ones in store were instore only....so why did they try to order them for me in the first place??? I still picked them up because I need jeans, but disappointed I had to pay more when it was a mistake made by the sales associate. I shouldn't have been offered to have them purchased online when the jeans were only available there. read more

I went during their Memorial Day sale and it was 30% (or 40%?) off sale items. I got three pairs of jeans marked 19.98 and one pair of jeans for my boyfriend marked 24.98 plus the discount on top. So for about $60.00 I got 4 pairs of jeans. They were all fairly normal denim. Not the usual crazy, trendy stuff they mark down to get out of their inventory before it goes out of style. I'd say well worth the drive up from Seattle considering you'd pay $60 for a pair of jeans at Nordstrom's Rack easily. One star off for the service. I got asked by every single employee if I needed help. I swear not a single minute went by without an employee asking me. I couldn't shop in peace at all. I appreciate being asked once, but when everyone does it constantly and several employees asked more than once, it's just ridiculous. Not a fan of the overly aggressive service. They only have three dressing rooms, but they will take your clothes from you so you don't have to stand in line with a million things in your arms. read more

This is a great store with excellent prices on 501's. I got 2 pairs of button fly jeans for 20.00 and they're originally 98.00. The staff that works here is amazing. They give great advice on what looks good and what sizes you should get. I would also like to give a shout out for Melissa! She's amazing! Has great costumer service skills and she makes sure you get the discounts you deserve! I will definitely be back and I hope to see Melissa ringing me up! read more

This store is extremely hit-or-miss when it comes to deals. One time, my curvy skinny jeans of choice were on sale for just $20 a pair. That's a total steal for this stuff! On the other hand, my boyfriend's relaxed fit jeans were still retailing at $45 a pair--not really much of a deal, especially since that same model number goes on sale a couple of times a year on Amazon for about $30 a pair. Service has always been friendly and helpful, with the associates willing to grab you a pair in a different size/style if you find you don't quite like what you're trying on. The lines to try stuff on can be pretty long, though. read more

This was the first Levi's outlet I've been to. A definite thumbs up for the seemingly endless stock of denim! Every wall is stocked from floor to ceiling with jeans. I have been looking for a store like this for a long time. Discount is great (especially for Canadians) - most jeans were $40 each if you buy 2 or more (men's or women's), and some were further discounted to $25 each. There were also lots of cute tops and accessories for between $10 - $20. The sales associates were super helpful and friendly - I was helped by Rainey, and she explained the curve ID system and helped me find 5 pairs of jeans really quickly and easily. The store loses 1 star for only having 3 change rooms!! We had to wait for about 20 minutes. They definitely need to improve that. read more

I would have gave a higher rating but like others have said... For an outlet the prices are still pretty high...the customer service on the other hand was alright and could have been better... As soon as I walk into the store no one acknowledged or helped me. I has to take it upon myself and seek help. I asked one of the sales associates if she could do my measurement to save me time of trial and error since it had been a long time since I last bought a pair of jeans... The girl takes my measurement and of course she gets it wrong and on tip of that she took forever to do it. After she gets my sizes and helps me like for pants I go to the fitting room and none of the jeans fit... So I end up having to go back to the shelves to grab bigger sizes. read more

Please be aware, this Levi's Outlet Store has the worst customer service I've ever seen! Returning shirts suddenly became a huge problem! The thing is that my husband used his debit Visa while paying for it, so when I came back to return these shirts, I was going to use my debit Visa because we have shared account and haven't had any problems with returns in any stores. Not in this case!!!!! To let me use my Visa, they asked me for a bank statement (!) as a proof of our shared account (too pity, they didn't ask me for the last tax return!) Of course, I didn't have it, so finally, my husband need to drive there again (about 30 miles round trip) just to return a pair of shirts he did not want. read more

I REALLY WANT TO GIVE THIS STORE A 0 STAR BECAUSE THE MANAGER IS BULLSHIT! As the jean go on sale for $14.99 a pair. I bought 8 of it to wear each day as there is 7 days in a week. However, the maneger state that it is the policy so I can only buy 6 pairs of sale jean. The next day I come to buy more as I understand the policy but the manager come to me in the store and give me a consumer card number for me to call in case im reselling the jean. I told him many times for both days that I buy jean to wear not resell why he have to insult me in the store. I understand the policy you can only buy 6 pairs but there are no policy of the period of how long can you buy. I come the next day and buy it. What is the problem of it? But the manager says that I cant buy the jean. In addition, I buy different type of jean not the same jean. It just that the price is $14.99. Seems like great prices but if you go on the weekend the line for a dressing room is like a half an hour wait then I bought jeans for my daughter thinking I don't want to wait so we can exchange them if they don't fit but to my surprise they will not let you exchange or return items if on sale!!
