I logged into my Hugo Boss account only to discover that the items I returned using their own return labels for orders #92595377 and #92595582 (sent back at the end of July - it's October 9 now) were received by them, yet no refund was ever issued. It has now been over two months, and Hugo Boss has effectively kept my money. We're talking about nearly $3,000 just gone. This isn't a mistake anymore; it feels like theft. When I called customer service, someone with very broken English answered, offered zero help, and refused to transfer me to a manager. I also submitted a support ticket four days ago, and the only response I got was, "Please wait five business days." Seriously? You've had my returns for months, and that's your answer? This is criminal behavior, plain and simple. For a brand that prides itself on "luxury" and "class," Hugo Boss is operating in a way that's dishonest, unprofessional, and disgraceful.
