On May 27th, 2025 around 12:30 PM I was shopping at the Waikeli outlets with a friend having a wonderful day and decided to pop into Levi's. I eventually found a pair of Levi overalls that I loved. I tried them on. They fit perfectly. I've been on the hunt for the perfect pair for what feels like years now. Once I decided I wanted to purchase the overalls I headed over to the counter to make my purchase. I politely waited in line while I heard a loud sales associate/manager (Mirabella) rattling off a sequence of numbers to another male employee behind the counter with her. I got the impression from this old woman (Mirabella) that she was too busy to help me, which for me I was having a great day, and wasn't pressed by her dismissive actions. She called over another sales associate from the floor to come behind the counter and assist me. From that point on I didn't have any other interaction with this manager Mirabella and the kind young lady sales associate started my transaction. However, during that transaction, Mirabella decided to insert herself into our conversation and was irate that the young sales associate had given me another chance to provide my email address to receive an extra discount after I had already declined the offer the first time. Immediately that made this old woman manager Mirabella irate because apparently my friend and I were thankful enough for the second chance to get the extra discount with giving the email address. Honestly, at this point I don't realize she was talking to me because I was in full conversation with the kind sales lady. At this point the old woman/manager starts threatening me by saying, "You're lucky she's nice, you're lucky she's nice. You should say thank you! I would've kicked you out of the store!" I was genuinely confused on what she was talking about. Finding this old woman's hostel demeanor toward me bizarre, I finally stop talking to the nice lady that's trying to complete this my transaction, and ask this awful woman if she's speaking to me. She replies yes, and continues to go off. I immediately drop the overalls and say "I don't need this Sugar Honey Ice Tea." Disgusted and appalled by the lack of professionalism Mirabella so desperately needs, I said "F this! What is this customer service?!," out loud and decided to leave immediately. I looked at the old woman right before walking out the front door, making eye contact and said, "You're a ducking Cee U Next Tuesday.!!" I left the establishment and continue to walk out into the parking lot when the old woman ran out the door screaming call 911. The woman ended up filing a completely false harassment report with the police. She lied and said that I was coming back to harm the store with gun violence. All lies. No threats were ever made. Just brutality honest opinions. Today I went to court, and the case was dismissed without prejudice. I'm amazed at this woman's lies and crude demeanor wrapped in a sarcastic smile. Not only did this woman scare away a customer from making a purchase, but she also lied to police, filed a FALSE report, took up valuable police resources, and court time. I really am not one to leave a review because I have also worked in customer service and have experienced how crazy some people are. However, I thought that if one review helps a staff with an unpleasant manager or a staff with just an unpleasant coworker, then I should (as there have been many reviews about poor customer service from the female manager and I am guessing that is who I was interacting with). I went in with a covered drink... I was being extremely careful as to not get it on the clothes. I tried on a shirt and needed a different size but when I went back to the fitting rooms a middle-aged lady said I can't have drinks in the store. Ok that is understandable... so (already being in the store) I asked if they had a table I could set it on (as opposed to just setting it on a random table myself like some customers would do). She said "no this is why we don't have drinks" in an unpleasant and just rude tone. I get everyone has their days/I completely understand those are the rules and it is posted on the side of the door (most people just walk in without reading all the fine print signs) and she just works there (she doesn't make the rules), HOWEVER, I wasn't being a complicated customer- I made a mistake, it happened, and I was trying to fix it. Everyone else in the store was very nice and about three different staff members saw me before that lady. I would have just appreciated some grace about making one mistake. Even just the same message but a kinder response would have been appreciated- just simple acknowledgment that I'm trying to be an understanding customer and trying to find a reasonable solution to the problem. Only 1 star earned because of the other coworkers who still enforced the rule (at the front table) but were kind about it. I honestly will not shop here again. TLDR: you have better customer service going anywhere else that sells jeans. I've had far better customer service at Madewell, Holister, Uniqlo, Zara, etc. If you're going to spend this much money on clothes you want the experience to be pleasant as well!!! Whoever oversees the staff for this store please do better as I read this is not a new issue. read more

I came to Levi's outlet store as a last minute thing. We were going on a trip in two days and my husband tells me that morning, "umm I don't have any jeans to wear because none of them fit." So I looked up Waikele outlet since it's close to my work and saw that they had a Levi's. I went there after work around 4:30/5:00pm on a Tuesday. Levi's is a pretty big store and it took me a while to find what I was looking for. There are so many different styles of jeans. I just looked for the size that my husband requested and tried to look for the dark pairs. There was actually a lot of options in his size. The deal was buy one pair get one free. Not sure how much of a deal that was since I don't normally buy Levi's. But it came out to be like $75 for two jeans. I was thinking of getting a pair for myself but I really had a hard time finding my size. They had a lot of skinny jeans and I'm just not into that super tight jeans, being smashed in your pants and can't breathe. I usually go for the bootcut jeans since it's more roomy. But there was none in my size. The jeans columns are so high and I needed help. I asked one of the workers and she was nice about it and helped me get one of them down. She even helped me get a couple down for my husband. When I went to go checkout, no one was there so I went to go ask the lady who helped me get the jeans down earlier. She was gonna check me out too but then another lady came to relieve her. On January 8, 2024 my husband and I went to the Levi outlet in Waikele. He tried on and purchased five (5) pairs of jeans for $104.80. I took off the tags and washed them in cold water and dried them on low in my dryer. Couple weeks later my husband tried them on after it got initially washed it didn't fit, they shrunk a little. Today I went back to the Levi outlet with no tags or receipt because it was a month ago. I spoke to the cashier and she told me that all Levi's shrink a little and I should have hung dry them. I told her we have never had them shrink before or hung dry them. She said she couldn't do anything to remedy this situation and I could probably donate them to Goodwill. I think your company should disclose this at purchase that your jeans shrink and should not be dried in a dryer or else you too will be wasting a hundred dollars at the Levi outlet. read more

While the selection here is good, it can be pricey regardless of their outlet status. I for one would rather purchase Levi's from Macy's where I can use their coupons for discounts, but you can score deals here too, sometimes. This store has been in the Waikele Outlets ever since I can remember, but if memory serves me well, it takes up a smaller footprint than what they started out with. The guy's section was very organized with big signs posted on what jeans style/cut was in the area. Inventory was good as they had my oddball size in numerous colors. I've become a fan of their 511 line as they're slim fit that hugs your legs but not in that skinny jeans way. Some are even stretchy all around which makes me feel thinner than I really am. I also love their belts as their leather is softer and not shiny like dress belts, and the buckles have a brushed aluminum-look rather than gaudy, shiny chrome. TIP: Back in the day, a lot of clothes were tagged with "irregular fit" tags but I didn't see any this time, thankfully. Who'd want a pant with one leg shorter than the other? LOL. OVERALL: Great selection but not too much of a savings. read more

Anyhow, I was sad to see poor reviews at this store especially with customer service. So I had to write my review quickly. Nowadays, you can get a pair of jeans or shorts anywhere. But no one has a deep history like Levi's jeans. I admit I don't shop Levi's store often and I always forget we have a Levi's store. Yes, Levi's jeans are more expensive but I find their jeans different from others. Levi's jeans are higher quality and it's a big part of America even though it's made in China. That's why you see many tourists shopping at this store. The store lay out was modern and tidy. Every jeans were folded to its perfection. Yes, there's a proper way to fold them believe it or not. This outlet has a great selection of Levi's, a classic brand that I've grown up with and love. Sometimes purchases are made at the store and at times online. As we all know, sizes may not work out when you can't try on a pair of jeans purchased online. The staff is always accommodating and knowledgeable when helping with a return. Went on Saturday May 22nd 2021 at 1240pm the so called manager a lady I don't even know if I should call her lady. She was so rude to a customer you can hear her telling a guy to put on his mask and to not try on the shirts that it was state mandate. It took me two trips to return an online order. The first time I came their computers weren't connecting to the e commerce database or something so I couldn't return it. My original online order took over a month to arrive so I had a replacement and I was returning all of the replacement order and two items from my original order. It took 25 mins to return the order. One stop shop for men's denim jeans with a mixture of colors. Here is a few denim styles I came across of- regular fit, skinny, athletic fit, slim, straight and much MUCH MORE. It is well organized, the display of what the type of denim is eye catching g so the consumer knows where to go to avoid walking around the entire store. The display also has a picture how the denim fits and a info how the denim will fit on the consumer (informative). Customer service is great. 2 employees approached us to see how we are doing and suggest a denim that will be good for my hubby. The fitting area did not have a line on this busy Saturday bit line for check out has 10+ people. It took approx. 10 min to pay for the denim (quick). Levis is sold in Macy's but it's good to purchase here since the selection is much larger than Macy's. read more

Love levis, great prices at this store- I was able to grab two pairs of high waisted shorts for about $70. Which, is pretty good for TWO jean shorts! Especially Levis. Levis as a brand is always high quality and worth dishing out a couple extra bucks for great fitting jeans that will last you years. The reason for the three-star review however is the customer service. We were greeted when we walked in but one particular employee, seemed like she was the manager or something, was pretty sassy and short with us. When I was looking to see if there was a different size of jean she quickly butted into the conversation between my friend and I, asked what we were looking for, and then said they didn't have it. She didn't even look twice at the shelves! I understand you probably have a general knowledge of what stock you have on your sales floor but it just came off pretty rude like she wanted nothing to do with us and just wanted us to get out of her way. We also overheard the conversations she was having with her employees via their headsets and person-to-person... didn't seem too popular with them as she was barking orders about how they're not making sales due to poor customer service. Hmm.... Young girl at the register was lovely, everything about the store is great. I was in need of new jeans and I've always thought Levi's fit me weirdly in the past. My favorite outlet store True Religion closed down so this was my other option. Amidst covid19 the store implemented social distancing, mask required, provided sanitizer at the door; and limited customers inside. The layout of the store is pretty easy to navigate. I found the women's jeans section towards the rear. I noticed the numerical numbers on the jeans was slightly different than TR and the skinny and bootcut jeans had some stretch to them, unlike the Levi's I'm used to in the past. Keep an eye for their sale signs as it could be for a particular wash/color and not the whole jean style. The jeans I picked out, felt thin in material and didn't have the rivets on the pockets which I know used to be one of Levi's trademarks. 3 weeks of wash and wear and the jeans seem fine with minimal shrinkage in the length. I'll return for their special priced jeans but wouldn't pay full price for them. read more

I stood in line to pay for my merchandise and I see the sales associate grabbing people standing beside the cash wrap to ring them up, clearly not looking behind her to see the line forming (where there is a clear sign saying 'line starts here'). When I approached the register and asked her why she failed to grab people from the line she simply just said "I just assumed that because the register was malfunctioning people were forming a line here." to top it off she said it with such a sassy attitude. I came here a few years ago, but it still feels like I've recently been here. While shopping at Waikele, I wanted to go to Levi's to look for new jeans. Entered the store and no acknowledgment or greeting at all from the employees at the front register and it wasn't even that busy. I walked around and see employees standing and conversing with each other. They saw me looking around, but just ignored me. It wasn't a welcoming environment and was the worse customer service I've ever experienced. I thought, "Forget it, I'll bring my business elsewhere" and left. I have not gone to this place ever since. That visit left me with a sour impression. I signed up for yelp just to say how much I hated this store. Associates were rude and immature, management idiotic, and atmosphere was that of a daycare. I've seen better organization at goodwill. I've relied heavily on yelp since discovering it, and more times than not the reviews were accurate. With the exception, however, of this store. I truly believe that associates themselves were writing the positive ones. This place was horrendously bad, to the point were I truly doubt I'll even buy the brand again. Compared to the Levis retail store in Ala Moana, this store is very neat and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I was at the store earlier this week with my husband and kids and one of the female employees helped me find these adorable leggings while at the same time got an employee from the mens side to help my husband get the jeans that he was looking for all day. The other employees in the store occasionally asked me how I was doing and struck up conversations which really made me feel welcomed to the store. We ended up buying 11 items haha. I really look forward to going there again. read more
