When I go to the movies at Windward Mall on Tuesdays (when it's $6 per ticket at Regal Theater), I pass by this store and notice that it has NFL (National Football League) items. Island Sportswear is located on the upper level of Windward Mall, between Regal Theater and Glow Putt. The name of the shop is misleading. It doesn't have Aloha shirts nor muumuus. Instead, it provides customers with quality NFL Team gear. Are you a Cowboys or Rams fan? How about them 49ers and the Steelers? What about the Patriots and the Vikings? Some of my coworkers are loyal to the Seahawks. They wear their jerseys on game day to work and are very proud. I wonder if they got their attire from Island Sportswear? The location is so convenient and accessible! Besides t-shirts, sweatshirts, and collared shirts, Island Sportswear has koozies, flags, lanyards, key rings, blankets, caps, pop sockets, and even earrings! Wow! I'm ready to gift a lot of this merchandise to my family and friends! This store makes shopping so easy! Everything is organized well and displayed neatly!

Some people may be off-put by the staff and clientele simply because they're "fitness people" but what that's what the place is all about. I mean most of the people who frequent stores like this know what they want and are avid weight lifters so naturally, a lot of "in shape" people will be in there. At the time of purchase the salesperson said TNF has a lifetime warranty on their product and I appreciated the heads up. I take good care of my jackets and today I wore it for protection from the heavy rain. When I got home I noticed the inside lining of the hood was peeling. Other than that the jacket was in mint condition. Non fading, no tears, all zippers were in good working order. Fortunately, I still had the receipt so I went to the TNF store at Ala Moana Shopping Center to see what can be done. Salesperson 969009 assisted me with my issue with the jacket and after answering a few questions he then inspected the jacket and agreed it was well taken care of and in good condition. I filled out a form and to my surprise I received a full refund in a gift card. Not prorated but a full refund! I immediately looked around the floor and found another light jacket to my liking and purchased it from the store. Just want to say the salesperson (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. If I still worked as a store manager for Nordstrom I would have recruited him immediately.

For a brief moment I enjoyed joining a 5K and 10K walks/runs and with that I had no idea what type of shoes is for me as many recommend what is the best somehow it jut never really worked for me though the stability and comfort is what many brands to encourage they have my feet just says differently. There are moments when packet pick ups was here at the Running Room and with that I always somehow never leave without purchasing something as they just have so many items besides shoes and socks and the perfect location on Kapahulu with free parking does make it an easy place to shop as well and on this sad to hear of its closure did take me by surprise so I just had to pay them a visit and I guess many have known about it as basically majority of their inventory has already been sold. Luckily for my larger sized feet there was my size left though the color situation was sparse understandably I did find one that looked promising and decided to get my very first pair of Hoka. I haven't treated myself to a brand new shoe in years so it felt like a cloud but being cautious since my legs hurt the next day.
