She helped me a bit with how to accept the accident, and the thing that matters is that I am alive. My case took a while, a little over a year, which I knew from the start, as James explained to me. James is a very nice person as well. He was very gentle talking to me, making sure that my feelings would not get triggered by the accident. I didn't have to do anything. All I had to do was answer the phone when Sylvia called. They dealt with the insurance and all that. I only contributed a bit when I was having problems with my health insurance. I cannot make phone calls anymore because my brain is all over the place, and guess what, Sylvia and her assistant took that burden, and they made all the phone calls. They have a team of really good doctors. All have compassion and so much understanding. My pain subsided slowly until I felt 100% whole again. My depression lessened as well. I am back to working out and started meeting people again. If I didn't meet this firm, I would be inside my place, repeating the accident over and over again until I looked old from depression.
