I was referred to this law firm after a car accident, the guy rear ended me while I was at a stop light (any lawyers dream case). In the beginning I felt that Kevin and his team were on top of things and knew the steps to take to get me better and get me what I deserved. So, I would not hire this attorney again and I would absolutely not refer him to anyone. When I hired him he had other attorneys on staff. Ended up he was the only attorney. I had 2 cases with him. I was sitting in a parked car and was hit head on resulting in 5 surgeries. He took 60% of my settlement and did not pay off all the liens and tried to add bogus fees and costs. I hate writing bad reviews but this one needs to be told. Not only was this attorney unprofessional, but he had absolutely no idea what he's doing. I needed someone to take over a big accident case in 2012. The attorney "Kevin" kept putting me on hold, would say he would call me back and never did. Every time i called, someone unprofessional would answer. I don't think he even has a secretary? He took my information and "started" on my case. I got a notice from the court that this attorney missed 2 of my hearings. I went in to see him within that month after not hearing back from him (after i paid him a good lump $$ in cash). There was a desk at the front, no secretary, looked like no ones sat there in months. Some guy - whom actually seemed to be more knowledgable than the attorney himself- sat me down to speak with me about the case at some random desk. He said the attorney is "in a conference right now". On my way out, i looked and i could see a group of men having drinks/shots . I recognized the attorney from his picture. What kind of law firm is this? The attorneys are too busy drinking and having fun. My friend who referred me apparently ended up having the same issues with them. Its one thing if he actually tried to help me on my case, but its disgusting that there are people out there like this that would take money without working for it. AND the reviews below are obviously FAKE. I ended up losing the case and a good amount of money. I am now reporting him to the bar. DO NOT go to this attorney.
