Allow me to begin by saying that Ron Swanson would get his haircut here. If that doesn't convince you whether or not Levi's shop is for you, read on... Levi is a gifted barber, not to mention a lion among men. I don't come here for ambiance and fancy conversation; I come here because I'm a grown man who knows great barbering. Levi is efficient and talented and he regularly barbers for famous people, so is he a bad barber? Or do should you stop whining and tell him specifically how you want your hair cut? If you want a bad haircut, go to Hair Clips or wherever beauty college dropouts work. If you're a hipster or wear "finance bro" vests and that type of thing, you'll be OK...even if you can't brag to your microbrew boys about visiting the shop. If you're from out of town, nobody cares "how they do it down in Boca"...so just get your haircut at home. Better yet, do us all a favor: stay there and never come back. This was the best haircut and beard trim my boyfriend has ever gotten! He was way overdue for a complete overhaul, and the extremely nice barber did a fantastic job. There was quite a lot of hair and beard to cut, nevertheless service was very quick and efficient. There is a TV to watch while you wait, and the atmosphere is laid back and family friendly. I have been having my hair cut by Levi for over 15 years. I go there for a haircut, not therapy. Those who complain that Levi is not conversational, need to go to a "hair salon"! LOL Levi cuts all hair. Men, women, black white, anyone in between. He does a great job, at a reasonable price. Easy to park, fast haircut, and ESPN on the tv. What more do you want for 16 bucks? :-) read more

This is the second time I have gone to this barber shop ,the first time,I was scalloped like A Iroquois Indian.Went I had gone in shop Levi,asked me how I would like my hair cut,& I Told him ""Medium,",& not to have my Head scalloped , as my Wife doesn't like me Scalloped.And guess what/he almost cut every thing short except my ears!!.For $13.00, I Believe I was Ripped,& I was nice to give him a $2.00 tip!. I guess I am a,79 year old Sucker!!, This man needs to definitely go back to Barber School!' And also ,learn to handle customers!,.My wife whom is a certified RN at hospital,knows how to cut mynhairvevenly! I swear that I will never go to him,!!,This man doesn't like older people,& I do not give a rats ass!,so beware men with hair do not attend to go to this shop!! Unfortunately there is no rating below 1 star. Levi's hours of operation read Sat 8-12 (Noon). I showed up at 11:35 am. Levi informed me that he had "run off" others as he had to leave early. Prior to driving to Levi's I had attempted to call and verify that he was "open for business" however a message stated the line was disconnected or was out of order. A few months back I went to Levi's barber shop on a Saturday and found a sign reading "closed today". (On a Saturday). Obviously, Levi should hire on another barber to: 1) Help him during busy times (I've waited 1.5 hours in the past). 2) Cover for Levi when he is unable to work. I am very disappointed. I will not return to his barber shop. I will find a barber that is reliable and open when scheduled. read more

Great haircut, but he doesn't shave the back of the neck. Also I have never been to a barber that is less friendly than Levi. I am sure he is a nice guy, but has no conversation skills and doesn't even attempt to make anyone feel welcome. read more
