It was on sale for $1... yes, ONE dollar. No way I could leave that on the rack. Lol! Also, the service is friendly and upbeat at the checkout counter to make for an all around joyful shopping experience. I am a restaurant manager for 20 plus years. Manager waited too long until lines were backed up to call for backup. Only 1 line was open, another line was open but the gentleman was helping a customer with balloons. Only thing I would have suggested differently would be that he turn is light off when helping a customer. But in all actuality, the MOD should have stepped up, helped the customer with the balloons so the gentleman could have stayed on register. Maybe if the manager didn't have ear buds in her ears and talking to someone on the phone while stocking the refrigerator items in the coolers she would've noticed the need. That need being all the customers upfront. When help finally came there were not 1 but 3 lines open and all were busying ringing. If I were the GM or DM I would go back and review the cameras. Mom and I waited over 7 mins and everyone else that came in after left before us. However we did donated to military families today. Import to be kind to one another, service with a smile because you never know who is using their 5 senses at all times. I hope this is a teachable moment for this store and most of all the MOD today. We will not be back but I hope the store improves for the people of East Norriton and surrounding communities. You all deserve a lot better service that you got today.

Last week I made the mistake of parking in the Floccos designated parking lot. Myself (9 months pregnant) and my mother ran our errand and returned to the car, the lot was still empty at this time. When we arrived back to the parking lot there was a man yelling and cursing profanities at us. At first I was startled and quickly scurried to the car. When I heard what he was yelling at us for parking I promptly apologized. After my apology he didn't stop screaming and cursing at us. Also threatening that he had my license plate number, I'm not what he was trying to insinuate. We were so taken aback and truly felt so threatened that we hurried into the car and left. Of course, I take full responsibility for parking in their lot but I've never in my life been screamed at and threatened by a grown man. Especially given I was viability 9 months pregnant with my mother. Absolutely disgusting and terrifying behavior.

He knows his job inside and out and consistently takes the time to find me the best price on my prescriptions. Honestly, picking up my prescriptions at Costco is worth the walk through the store rather than using the drive-through at Walgreens or CVS. Even if I'm only stopping in for one prescription, I leave feeling refreshed because of the outstanding customer service. If you have the opportunity, talk with Mark. He's knowledgeable, genuinely cares about his customers, and always manages to make me laugh. Costco Pharmacy is fortunate to have him!

Chaos!! The checkout…read morelines are very hard to get to. Half of the checkouts are empty and the other half have 6-7 cart deep lines. Service is what it is. The selection is great and so is the value. It does really help to be on the taller side to navigate and shop here. Parkking is like a Mad Max movie. I am surprised more people are not run ovet at the entrance.
