I'm so glad we went with Levit Jewelers instead of a big, commercial brand. My now fiancé worked with him to design my engagement ring and I had absolutely no idea. When he proposed, the ring was even more beautiful than anything I ever imagined for myself, and I never even went ring shopping. It feels so personal and meaningful. After the proposal, my fiancé told me that he and Dary actually looked at each diamond in person and hand-picked the one for my ring. That level of detail and care is something you just don't get anywhere else, and it really shows when you look at the ring. I had a tiny issue that was my fault and needed fixing. Dary took care of it immediately and was so kind about it. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and his craftsmanship. Very kind gentleman that runs the place, went to another place to get my watches batteries changed and couldn't do it, this gentleman changed both within 5 minute! very cheap price on batterie replacement and picked up their great ring cleaner as well. I've never experienced such amazing customer service before. I had an idea of what I wanted my wedding band to be and I couldn't find it anywhere.
