I stopped into this store right after getting my haircut because I had a gold chain that had been broken. Naturally I started looking around in the displays and I saw a few pieces of jewelry that really caught my eye. The owner of the store was personable and patient, not pushy as some jewelers tend to be. I have a champagne taste on a beer budget unfortunately, but the owner was willing to work with me and made the whole experience a pleasure. I have wanted to have my engagement ring fixed for years and after having a very bad experience with another jewelry store, I went back to the same (physical) place that my husband bought my ring in 1998, which is now Lana's Jewelry. I took a chance and (reluctantly) left my diamond in their hands. Picked it up last night and it looks incredible!! I never knew how badly worn the head had gotten over the years. I needed two necklace charms (2 script letters) merged together so they can be worn together and not over lap each other when worn currently. Lana's was able to connect them smoothly but something didn't look right. On the spot at pick up they went above and beyond to make it how I wanted. They didn't make me feel pressured to dumb for asking questions and wouldn't let me leave until I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Lana's for all your jewelry needs. Best in reliability and quality! Both Eddie and Mike are wonderful! I had them make a ring for my mom that was stolen years ago. I got a picture online and told them what I wanted and the end result was phenomenal! My mom was in tears when she saw the ring!
