WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! It's no wonder why Anthony Jewelers has the reputation it does! From the moment I walked in the door, my experience was excellent. Martin is a true professional and has 50 years of experience in the business. He had multiple customers waiting (which is a good sign!) and he acknowledged my presence right away and told me he would be right with me. This little act goes a long way because I've been to other jewelers that don't acknowledge you at all when you walk through the door let alone when they are tending to other customers. He was nice and kind to every customer in the shop and everyone left happy and smiling. The woman before me was overjoyed with the work he did on her watches. When it quickly came time for me to shop, I told him what I was looking for (a bracelet for a friend) and he took time to understand what sort of style and price range. He was not pushy at all. He really listened to me and brought out item options that fit my description. Ultimately, we ended up with a beautiful and unique necklace and my friend nearly cried when I gave it to her. I wasn't opting for a necklace, but I trusted him and his experience and I am so glad I did. Rosemary packaged it beautifully too. Of course I left with a few beautiful goodies for myself - two sets of earrings. They are gorgeous and special and not something you'd find online or in another shop. Martin generously cleaned my current jewelry and offered me my own complimentary cleaning solution to take care of some of the pieces I had at home - I was so appreciative. For a 30-something woman, this is the type of jeweler I want to grow my collection with.
