Came in for just an appetizer and drink. Love the decor and dim lighting of the restaurant. Service…read morewas attentive, and friendly. Staff was very knowledgeable of the wines available. My friend and I split the crab cakes and we both had a sangria. The crab cakes were a bit disappointing. The coconut curry sauce was great but the crab cake itself had pretty much no flavor. The curry truly saved the dish. The sangrias were huge. Glasses about as big as my head and they were super refreshing and delicious. I plan on returning to check out more food and wine options.

I clearly failed to properly read what the BLT was... it isn't bacon. And was under cooked for me…read more A true BLT should be crispy and amazing. After one bit I sent it back. And I HATE doing that. In my 40 years of life, I've done it maybe a handful of times. Their French onion soup is bomb! And their wine list is good. Not the most amazing list for me to pick from. But it has some decent options. Just nothing called out to me. I don't think I'll be back. My husband enjoyed his meal, and felt bad I didn't like mine. I'm thankful he enjoyed it. Esp since he works so freaking hard. So that was a plus for me. Upon leaving I found out I'm not the only one who has sent back the "BLT," and it's a known issue. Clearly the chef or the owner need to make a change.

Great apps--the hoisin chicken flatbread was brilliant. And the pasta of the night was awesome, rich sauce, sugar snap peas, chicken. Bombs of taste and very filling. The steak wedge salad was fresh, crisp, and prepared totally right. It was a crazed Friday night but our server hung in there and did a fine job.

We started with the octopus appetizer and a gluten-free pita. The pita seemed more like a basic gluten-free pizza crust than traditional pita, but that was a minor point because the muhammara was excellent and the pita/crust worked really well with the octopus. They also did a good job accommodating gluten-free needs throughout the meal, via a dedicated gluten-free menu. For dinner, I had the stuffed pork chop, which had a somewhat Greek-inspired preparation. It was served over orzo and stuffed with feta and olives. Really flavorful, well executed, and a more interesting preparation than the typical pork chop. My wife had the duck and enjoyed it as well. We paired dinner with a bottle of Nebbiolo. Their overall wine selection was solid. The atmosphere was comfortable and polished without being overly formal, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Good food, interesting menu, nice atmosphere, and strong service.
