I weighed my pieces, looked up the current silver spot rate and read that the price dealers pay is typically 80% of the spot rate. I can do the math. After calling a couple of places and was quoted 50% to 62% of spot rate, I called ACC. I gave them my weight, after a few questions and calculations I got an estimate that was very close to what my limited understanding came to. So, I went to the shop to close a deal. The owner remembered our conversation. He weighed my pieces within a fraction of an ounce of what my weighing showed. I was expecting a variety of "yeah, buts..." before getting a price. Nope. The price I was quoted over the phone was what I was paid. Could not be more pleased with how honest, fair and simple the whole process was. I have zero reservations recommending ACC.
