Powers Environmental LLC is third-party and independent, so hiring them prevented a conflict of interest with the mold remediation company. My situation was particularly complicated, because I wound up having problems with one remediation company and switched to another, and everything had to involve the property managers. There was a lot of disagreement between the property managers and me, and Powers Environmental LLC went above and beyond in helping explain the dangerous mold situation and remediation process to the property management company. It was a multi tiered process, and I felt so protected knowing that Powers environmental 100% had my health and safety as their sole priority.
