Once they had given me a date that was too soon and the second time, despite having 20 minutes before their lunch, they refused to help me and said I had to come back later in the afternoon. Went to the Minnesota location and they said they don't carry it and my only choice was to go to Louise. No consideration for time despite being a paying customer. Unfortunate.

I only get "processing" and the date that the prescription was sent in by my doctor. That's it, no info about the status of the refill and when it might be shipped. I can not log in to Evernorth because "your information does not match our records". My bottom line, if you have a local pharmacy that you are happy with DO NOT switch to Cigna/Evernorth/Express Scripts.
