At first I thought I could fix it, but the price and service they offered with a new Trane HVAC, I couldn't pass up. Airworks crew was prompt at 9 am and had it all installed in about 4 hrs. Cleaned up, removed old furnance. Crew waste no time at all. Constantly at the job, until completed. Airworks, receives messages and responds promptly. I am so pleased with them, I had Airworks replace my tank water heater that was getting old to a Navien tankless water heater. New experience to get use to. I know I will be pleased. Ussuall this place is polite and responsive. NOT TODAY. The woman who answered was polite but not interested in my bussiness. I called about a water heater quote, never mentioned a time or day or was not allowed to state what issue we have. In HER words "Call Lowes or Home Depot. We are a week out. Get someone else." Simple for me. I will not only go somewhere else, but I will recommend everyone else to go elsewhere too. I have a new home build this summer and had hoped they might like to id on the job. The recommendation was valid - I called in the morning and an experienced plumber was there that afternoon. Great communication - called to say he was running behind and arrived in a timely manner. Also he was knowledgeable and courteous, and the kitchen faucet in and working with no leaks just as it should be with proper service. We will be calling on Carey with any future plumbing issues.

CHP arrived and quoted me for hot and cold hook up, drain into utility sink, dryer vent hook up. Our utility sink drained slow so technician said they would snake and clean the best they could. Father in law arrived to New house. He hooked up dryer and did the vent work. He also had placed drain to the utility sink ( 50% of the work i was quoted for) CHP arrived and placed the hot and cold and supposedly drained or snaked the drain. First load after hookup we had water everywhere. Got a second opinion like I should have to begin with and Mr. Rooter came in and fixed what CHP could not. CHP charged me more than the work they provided ( not making proper adjustments) and discounted me with a slap in the face. Never will I use again for plumbing or heating issues.

I had my boiler serviced by J Fries three times since October; I've been down there several times…read moreopening the valve to release the pressure like Jim showed me to do when they were installing a new expansion tank (something that felt odd to me, constantly having to run down to do but it's my first time with a boiler system) it was taken out on me when they cracked my pipe when replacing the expansion tank, and I said I wasn't gonna pay for that. It felt awkward the rest of the time they were in my home. Now It's been below zero outside and my boiler still needs to be serviced. The next week water pressure went down throughout my house and Now I've had two plumbers come out and the city saying the boiler pipe has pumped 56,000 gallons of water under my house since the first week of February, the week after they cracked my pipe.
