Recently, we had service to restore heat at a rental, and when I received two bills for a return visit within 24 hours due to still no heat, I called their office to inquire. Jessica was argumentative with me, and very rude. She blamed me for not immediately buying a filter even tho she had not explained that it was the cause of the problem after the initial visit. There was no apology for her lack of communication to me. Again, so rude to me on the phone and kept arguing that I should have known I needed to put in a filter or the furnace would not work. Wilds has lost a loyal customer. We will never do business with them again.
