Recently, we had service to restore heat at a rental, and when I received two bills for a return visit within 24 hours due to still no heat, I called their office to inquire. Jessica was argumentative with me, and very rude. She blamed me for not immediately buying a filter even tho she had not explained that it was the cause of the problem after the initial visit. There was no apology for her lack of communication to me. Again, so rude to me on the phone and kept arguing that I should have known I needed to put in a filter or the furnace would not work. After I bought the heater from Home Depot, I called HD´s service number for installation. I almost fell off my chair when I was quoted a $978 flat rate for installation. I then called Wild´s and easily got an appointment for the following week. The guys today stayed for only 1 hour and 20 minutes (@ $95/hour) and didn´t need to replace any parts. Not only did they do a great job, but they were very efficient and courteous. They even came back to my house to take the heater to the landfill for me. Of course, the price was right too.
