He was able to test the parts, good one vs bad one. Gave us a reasonable price to fix the fridge in the RV. Parts are on order. Being we are in no hurry to get it fixed, he said he had other stuff to work on so, or fridge will be good as new in a couple of week. The local installer in Pullman didn't understand the arrangements I had made. Also, and far more importantly, when the installers came back the second time to install my washer/dryer pedestals, they stole my hand vacuum, the filter from my shop-vac, and the non-slip pad that I had my laundry detergent sitting on. Iffy service was more of a three-star issue - but theft if something else entirely! I'd give 0 stars if that was possible. Avoid at all costs, even if you have to travel out of town for your appliances!
