I would highly recommend this company. I have been having issues with my computer over the course of a month and they have been helpful throughout the whole process. They were very helpful with identifying what is wrong and the best course of action. They have always been very polite, professional and respectful. read more

This organization had my device twice for months; I received no emails, no calls or voicemails. After months I had to claim my device completely unsatisfied with their service!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! read more

Excellent service, polite, and didn't laugh at me for the problem I was having with the kindle. Somehow a voice deal got turned on and I couldn't get the settings to come up to try and deactivate it myself. He fixed it in no time, (three hours, but he had two others a head of me). Not only did he deactivate the voice thing but whatever he did restored the color brightness too! It was only $20 to fix this issue. Definite recommend for this place. read more

We have had intermittent problems with a slow drain under the slab in our basement that we know has…read morea hole in it. I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward. Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.
