I made an appointment and they were able to see me within three weeks, which worked perfectly for me. I came in for my consultation and they told me I needed to remove all four wisdom teeth. About a week and a half later they brought me in for the procedure. They were so kind and comforting from the moment I walked in. They talked me through every step and made sure I felt safe. Everyone was wonderful. The receptionist, the assistants, and the doctor all treated me with care. I am usually scared of the dentist and I shake every time, but they made me feel calm. He then gets a call and says it's an emergency, he runs out of the consult. 15 minutes later, I have to flag down an assistant, he finally comes back and tries to get me to watch a video about wisdom teeth. I decline and leave. Fast forward, I get a call from the office asking me to come in for a reconsultation with a different dentist since Dr. Clayman doesn't do this procedure. I decline and then I'm sent a bill for $154.00 for a consultation that never actually happened. I called the billing dept. never got a call back. I called the office, and finally got someone from billing. The office manager was quite rude and definitely not helpful. What a negative experience, stay away from this place.

Welcoming, professional and compassionate at every encounter. A day before my appointment I was emailed a Covid questionnaire, and my temperature was taken upon arrival. Staff wearing masks and face shields. A very efficiency run practice. Crystal who answered the phone also did my x-rays, the doctor also took photos of my teeth, did a full examination, went over my hot spots with suggestions and treatment plans, and he did my cleaning. The dental assistant was in there assisting with water and suction while the doctor used the ultrasound to clean, picks for under the gums and polished. Quick, painless (always checked to see if I was comfortable and could raise my hand to indicate sensitivity) and professional. Dr. Tsang and I had a frank discussion about my gums and overall teeth health and I left with a plan, follow up visit and equipment to better care for my oral health. Your parting gift bag does not include a .50 generic toothbrush and floss, but a spin brush for better gum health, floss and toothpaste. He also suggested using an air floss which I purchased from him for less than Target prices (I checked). Dr. Tsang and his office are true professionals who care for your health and treat you as a person and not a wallet. My bad I didn't ask enough on my first two visits but the concerns have been resolved in today's visit. Receptionists and dental assistants are still very nice, helpful & thoughtful. Dr. Tsang tried his very best and did a great job on fixing the diastema and reshape without numbing. This time I asked lot of questions, make sure there was no miscommunication and on the same page before the fixing processes. Dr. was willing to explain and communicate, which ended up I am satisfied with the results, no pain, that matters the most in a dental visit - GENTLE WITH NO PAIN!

I had a filling done on my back molar by one of the other dentists, and it was not done properly. My bite was noticeably off because the filling was left way too high and was not ground down enough to fit my bite and tooth anatomy. This caused a lot of pain and toothaches afterward. It was also extremely difficult to floss because the area between my teeth was left rough and jagged instead of being properly smoothed. I brush my teeth multiple times a day and floss regularly, but despite that, I later developed decay underneath that filling and had to have the entire thing redone by a different dentist. I also had an experience where one of Carolyn's dental assistants could not floss between my teeth. I understand that I have a very tight contact between my teeth, but I have never had that happen at another dental office before. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of care I received here. Carolyn may be a good dentist herself, but based on my experience with the other staff, I would not recommend this office.
