I have been really disappointed by the lack of response and follow through with Miller Cabinets. We…read morepurchased our cabinets from them 15 years ago when we built our current home. The cabinets had a special finish on them that after 15 years needs to be refreshed. For 6 months, I routinely contacted Miller and asked if I could pay to have one of their installers work on the places where the cabinet finish was discolored and or cracking because of use. The response was always, "We're really busy. We'll fit you in when we can." To date (8 months), I haven't heard from them. The company's service promise, "Serving you is our desire; pleasing you is our commitment", apparently ends once their cabinets are installed.

He could've easily come out to my place, then charge a service and labor fee, but he helped me save money... and now I know that what I thought was a part of the fixture is actually a hard-to-reach nut wrench.
