No customer service wha. As far as quality, it doesn't seem like the item was stretched or flattened en before stitching so it makes part of the product pop out between the letters. I had to ask them for scissors to snip part of the fabric that was sticking out which was not there when I dropped it off because the item was brand new. When I commented I thought the embroidery would look bigger all I got was "hmm, bigger?" No what were your expectations, I'm sorry you're not happy, how can we make this right. This is the last time I come here. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
