This was my 1st time coming to the relocated boutique off Imperial Highway & Yorba Linda Road. Same plaza as EL poLLo Loco or Subway a few doors away. They currently have 2 boutiques due to the Holiday Edition one. Now i know where to find JellyCat plushies for my daughter. She loves them adorable plushie company that makes the cutest adorable so cuddly and soft Plush. They gave it all including tennis balls and pickle ball too! They have an Embroidery GaL that can embroider your special items you've shopped for and want to personalize it. Located at the Holiday Boutique Shop. I'll need to make my way to their original store right across the building, same Plaza. Associates are so friendly here. They are always asking us if we need any assistance or help to find a particular item. LOVE, Love the vibes along with unique cute gifts for everyone including yourself. Parking can be a bit hard since it is in a smaller plaza. Highly recommend stepping your foot into this unique boutique. It's like a hidden treasure chest of Yorba Linda.

I was looking for department 56 snow/winter Villages. Last year, I ordered one item and it came, easily, no problems. This year I went back to them because of my positive experience last yeAr. This year I experienced nothing but troubles. I placed my order online, got an email conformation form Kelly boutique of my order being received. Three weeks later I hant heard a word of my order being shipped. I contacted them through their website, and in the email I asked why I hadn't heard anything and where my products were. I got no response for almost a week, with someone saying they were sorry none of my items were in stock and I would not be receiving anything. Problem was my credit card had already been charged $144.05 for 7 items! A few days after that I recieved an email saying I needed to call them to get a refund, no where did it say they would refund me online, and contact me. I had to contact them. Well that turned into a nightmare, I called for over 3 weeks, never getting a hold of someone! It is my understanding that his boutique is shared with a car wash. Seems weird to me, everythime I called I got the car wash. I was always told Kelly's boutique was closed or the workers had already gone home for the day. I left message After message and didn't get any responses. I kept calling and speaking to someone at the car wash, expressing my frustration, finally I got a call back a few days later to call them back to receive my refund. Of course when you call them back you don't get anyone, they have gone home already, etc. it took 38 days for me to actually speak to someone to give me my refund. It was just a worker, so she took my card number down and said it would be entered later when the owner was in. I asked for a conformation, like email, to show the actual refund since I no longer trust this company, and it's Sunday and I have yet to receive anything! So, after all this, they still have my money for items I never recieved, or they never even had in stock! I would never ever recommend this company to anyone, and I wish they would take all my emails and phone calls and change their ways to customers, but as of now, they are still very unorganized and unfriendly. This has been a horrible horrible experience, never do business with them., today I will be calling my credit card company to dispute this charge.

Same day delivery with gorgeous FRESH flowers delivered last minute. Not only did they execute, Bella sent me pictures of how fresh their flowers were and even added peonies that were so fresh and still closed. Not one pedal was bruised on the inventory that she sent me pictures of to assure me that my hard to please sister was going to like her birthday bouquet. We wanted 100 roses of red, but then I was told that my sister's favorite color was white. All they had were three dozen so we said yes to all 3. And ofc she sent me the pics of the roses before making the bouquet. Not only did she send me videos and pictures throughout the entirety of the bouquet making process to ensure that it was what I wanted, every little detail I requested was catered to such as size and color of the ribbon, size and shape of the vase. I mentioned my sister is a real diva and one of those hard to please customers due to needing it to look high end and everything had to be perfection and Bella executed! Not only that, her driver already went home because I asked her to incorporate more fluffiness into the bouquet and make additional changes and she stayed almost an hour later to do that and she delivered it herself and took videos and pictures. But the bouquet selection is gorgeous and really unique. I've never seen a lavender rose and yellow sunflower combo before. And what really inspired this review was how beautiful the flowers look nearly a week after delivery! It's definitely pricy especially if you can't pick up and deliver the flowers yourself, but the actual flowers and presentation of the bouquet are outstanding! Highly recommend if you're able to support a small business and want to go the extra mile for someone. :)
