We went in on a Sunday and I have to say I'm used to animals and pet stores having worked at Petsmart for a year. If you have asthma please be careful because the smell is a bit strong/guffy. I liked the variety of items from live plants, tanks, bio actives, feeders, supplies, etc. so that was awesome. I was less impressed with the chaotic nature of the shop. Lots of animals everywhere, not sure which were store sold versus part of the rescue and rehab portion of the store. (Love that they do rescue) Not sure if they just don't have a back room to keep supplies but a lot of store use items were on the sales floor so it just seemed a bit chaotic and disorganized unfortunately especially with a lot of empty used tanks randomly stacked in some areas. The other really big down side for me was their prices. A rescue crested gecko was about $190 I believe and there were others cresties that lechies, or larger lizards but they seemed high. The other high price was dubia roaches, which were .50c each at $10 only getting me a 20 count for mediums (1inch ish). I support small stores like this but was bit of a disappointment.

He went back 30 mins later and the bunny was lying on its side, stiff with eyes wide open. Now we have 2 older rabbits and they have always been very healthy. This bunny was by himself. I called the pet store and the owner answered. I told her what happened and she immediately accused me of killing the rabbit. She said her rabbits were perfectly healthy and it was my son's fault for holding him too much. We hold our rabbits all the time! She was very rude and accusitory. She stated "Well I guess I'll have to replace it. But it will be Monday morning because we r about to close." I only live about 10 minutes away and didn't want my son (age 5) to know the bunny had died so I asked if they would wait until I got there and she said no. They were tired and wanted to go home. I had to find an individual on the internet that had some bunnies for sale that looked like the other one. I called the Pet store owner on Monday morning and explained I already purchased another rabbit and was afraid to take another one from her store incase it was ill and would make my other rabbits ill. She was very offended and RUDE RUDE RUDE. She hung the phone up on me. I called back 3 times trying to tell her that I will just take another bunny and keep it seperated. She hung up on me 3 times after accusing me of "killing the rabbit." I will never buy another thing from this pet shop. I warn anyone that potentially wants to purchase anything from here. Things happen with rabbits, reptiles etc. I understand. Even PetSmart offeres a 14 day return policy just in case. No one knows when it comes to these animals. It's not a dog! Highly DO NOT recommend the grooming service. We brought in a 13 week old puppy for his first,…read moreprofessional grooming appointment after conditioning him to similar noises he'd experience at the grooming appointment, have clipped his nails/ used a nail dremel, brushed him, bathed him, and he was absolutely wonderful. Four hours later and walking in to pick him up, he was screaming in the back room (he is completely kennel trained by the way), and has been completely lethargic on the way home. We wanted this to be a first, positive experience for the pup, and the staff decided to blame their own negative reaction to an excited puppy on the puppy not being trained. He is 13 weeks old people (he has been complemented many times on his training progress). And now we have an ultimately terrified puppy that will require even more work to get him comfortable with hopefully a more responsible and respectful groomer. Also in response to any respectful questioning, a staff member became very rude and disrespectful. And even after all this stress, the groom was very choppy.
