I was welcomed by the kind staff members and even got some great advice from the trainer. After I was finished with my appointments through Groupon; I wanted to utilize the chiropractic services that they offer. I have many friends and clients that tell me about the benefits of it and was excited to try it out myself. The nurse did XRays and brain scans to see what they would be working with and after that, I made the appointment for an adjustment. After once again, going over the dynamic of my bones/ body I was presented with a package/program that was around 2.5k. Although being a technician myself and knowing the benefits of healing treatments and taking care of your body I was hesitant to make such an investment - especially with never getting a service like this done before. I wanted to get an adjustment and see how I would feel and then come back around to the idea of the package, which even their nurse said was fine. She stepped out and let me know that the Doctor would be in to talk to me about everything a little more in detail. To my shock, I could hear the entire conversation outside of the door and could hear his frustration that I did not purchase this package. I was then greeted by, what felt like an extremely discontented businessman instead of a Chiropractic professional. Dr. Pat was belittling, aggressive, and had a horrible bedside manner. Instead of being informational or helpful, he made me feel stupid for being there. I will never be going back to this facility and I will not be recommending any of my connections to come here. It is a shame that Dr. Pat's aggressive personality reflects so poorly on their establishment.
