The week of Thanksgiving, I realized I was running low, so I called the office and spoke with Christopher, who said he would speak with Brenda--the provider I normally see--and that she would call me back. I never received a call. The following Monday, I called again and was told there was suddenly a letter in my file discontinuing my medication because I've been on it for five years. This was news to me. On 12/3/25, I spoke with the office manager, who said she would look into the situation with both Rob and Brenda and call me back. Once again, no one followed up. The staff at this facility knows I get seriously sick from allergies, yet no one seems concerned or willing to communicate. After this experience, I cannot recommend Gracepointe to anyone. Their lack of follow-through and disregard for patient needs is unacceptable.

He would not listen made snarky remarks and was rude towards my self and my mother who has a degree higher than him... he is a respiratory physician and it shows... he has no bedside manner and 1000000% would not recommend going here if he is the Pa on shifft... nurses were amazing an helpful. Claire Donnelly (FNP) has been absolutely wonderful. In fact, I probably owe my life to her. She is kind, considerate, listens well, works with the patients and extremely knowledgeable. I had been to many doctors over a period of 10+ years, but none seemed concerned about my high iron count. Claire put together a plan of action based on mutual feedback between her and I. Her recommendation to have some additional blood work (not approved by my insurance, but very important in my diagnosis) proved to be accurate for her treatment plan. As I said before, had it not been for her, I was headed down a path which would have caused major organ damage or even death. I am blessed to have been given such great care. By the way, not sure what other reviewers were talking about when it came to the folks at the front desk. All of the ladies there welcomed me with warm greeting, provided for all requests without hesitation. This is one of the best facilities I have been to and I plan to continue going back. The technician began ROUGHLY pushing me, shoving me, and yanking me from position to position during the exam. I explained to her that I have a severe neck injury and this was quite painful. She apologized, but was only very slightly less rough during the remainder of the exam. The most amazing thing was that the tech was being shadowed by a supervisor or trainer, who silently stood and watched this play out, failing to intervene or even make a suggestion to the tech even after I started crying from the pain. I will never return to MRMC for a mammogram in case I am assigned to this technician. I don't believe this is how you should treat a person in a vulnerable position, especially after they tell you they are injured.

Arrived a few minutes late but was not an issue. Receptionists were very nice and informative. Got in to a patient's room within 5 minutes of checking in and completing two pages of paperwork. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and took down my symptoms and history. Dr Bloom came in about 20 minutes later. He was informative, pleasant, and thorough. Prescribed a decongestant and gave a recommendation on a OTC expectorant to take. Very happy overall with the experience.
