He made sure I wasn't in any kind of pain at all during the procedure, he told me exactly what he was gonna do before he did it. "A little pressure here, you're gonna feel a little pinch,you're gonna feel a little cold, I'm just gonna polish it". He made me feel calm by letting me know what to expect every step of the way. Great Dentists Bad Customer service…read more The Dental work was always great but after 2 years of going to the dentist here I moved out of town. And what do I get? A bill for services from the first time I came to the Dentist! They claim the insurance wouldn't pay, I understand that but this is the first doctor I've ever had that wouldn't push to have the insurance pay for everything and advocate on my behalf. When I called to question this they all seemed to think it was my fault or the insurance, they don't seem to care that their patient that keeps them in business wants them to help get the insurance to pay. I know that's not their job but poor customer service the Brownsville way.

Long story short, after I paid they said they don't do that kind of jobs there. They did nothing, not even a general or quick cleaning. Then, they tried to sell me an insurance, in their own words: it is something like a credit card. But why I would need a credit card of a place where they don't do want I need? If you want to pay $165 to apply for a dental credit card, this is the right place.

My experience from beginning to end was amazing and they totally erased any bad child hood memories I've had with past dentists.
