I called the corporate office by mistake, but the people there were more than willing to set me up with an appointment straight away. I received a confirmation phone call early the next morning for the appointment. Customer care to this point was satisfactory. Upon arriving at the office for my first visit, I was warmly greeted and aided through the registration process as a new patient. The crew was very attentive. A comprehensive briefing took place after x-rays and a general oral exam which associated no discomfort. The hole in my tooth was to be drilled and filled, followed by a thorough cleaning. Dr. Rabata suggested a short list of issues to be addressed in a professional and courteous manner. The initial injection of local anesthesia was not at all painful and neither was the remainder of the procedure. Everything was done in a short amount of time and I look forward to visiting Brident soon for a follow-up.

Leave you there to rot, forget about you because they were triple and quadruple booked . They would neglect the service they were doing , and do a half done job. One dr would diagnose , one dr would numb and forget about you , and one dr would do the filling . Some of the hygienists would leave tartar behind . Just use the prophy angle to smooth it all out and polish your teeth . My teeth are now jacked up because of them . The filling had major overhang !! My whole family no longer goes there.
