It takes a lot of effort to suck out the vape for it to work and at times doesn't even work so I went back 2 days later because I didn't have time to back back in the last 2 days and showed him. I told him it wasn't working and he said I'm not sucking it hard enough and that I need it to charge. I told him it's charge and that is what he told me the last time. He said he can't do anything about it. Such bad costumer service. So when I vape the smoke that comes out isn't the liquid that's probably burning the coils. It take a lot to suck out the vape and at times isn't working. The 0.0 is the liquid and it's full the 98 is the charged percentage.
