NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years and tonight I had the worst experience. They gave me a bad vape that is normal for vapes to not work but the customer service was horrible. I tried a 2nd vape and the representative confirmed it was weak. So I got a 3rd Elf Bar flavor and it still was weak. They said I have to try a new one and the Worker there was making up reasons for why the vape wasn't working. What really got me was the other guy there is someone who knows I'm a REGULAR at this location. I came to get a vape on Wednesday and it is now Sunday that I'm returning for a new vape. It usually takes me 1.5 weeks to finish an elf bar. Did I complain? No. I walked in for a new vape and had this issue. The guy who knows me went in the back and made the new guy do his dirty work stating I would have to "buy a new one." But WHY? It's not my fault your product is stale and not working. Have some great customer service will ya? I've spent so much money at this store because it was a convenient location but no more! They suck and they don't realize the regulars the regulars that keep them in business. As a Manager in the customer service industry- I would recommend you SKIP this store and take a 5 minute drive to SMOKES MART on Flamingo and Ft Apache. They would NEVER do you wrong like this place. I'm just shocked because of how poor the customer service was. I am NOT a difficult customer and I don't usually complain a lot.. but if you're going to charge me $25 for a product.. make sure it works! NEVER AGAIN! THIS PLACE IS STARLESS! Visiting from out of town and noticed that this smoke shop has a great variety of hookahs and shisha. They even carry Social Smoke shisha. My favorite is Watermelon Chill. Last Friday I bought a vape that was a dud, I had a family member that passed away & I just didn't have time to go in. It was burning by itself & that's dangerous vapes can explode if the battery is fd up. So I went in on Tuesday I explained to the man who is ALWAYS in there I've been going to them religiously for a year. He said he can't do anything about it because they don't do refunds... it doesn't work?? Then he said because I waited so long I can't exchange. I wasn't asking for a refund, I thought an exchange was reasonable ? Then I explained why I couldn't come in & how I am a loyal customer which he finally agreed to an exchange. He said "pick a new one these are new maybe that's why it doesn't work" so I picked another one & he says actually u have to get the same one. Ok??? Got my new one & same thing actually even worse and was burning in the middle of the night by itself! I really hate doing negative reviews as everyone has a bad day right? But no... sadly this was met with a very bad experience and I left feeling stupid and pathetic... not a way one should feel after trying to spend money in a shop right!?! So I came in as I was in need of a vape pen, the store is very cramped and it seemed cluttered. They did have a very good array of product, pipes and such. Now let me explain, I am not an experienced user of these products so I didn't know what to expect, and went in with thinking I knew what I needed but needed help to make sure I got answers and directions on how to use and get the right product. I went in for a vape pen for CBD dabs and when I explained to the rep, all he did was walk over to a cabinet and point to a disposable package and said this is what you need.. I asked how to use it and he said he thought there was a button to push and I could use it he thought up to 8 times and then buy more. I was confused as it wasn't what I was recommended and so I stepped aside to let another customer who knew what he needed to thru.. I decided to excuse myself and as I was walking out, the rep and other customer were making me as I left. Ugh... I understand it is a chill environment and very much not my norm but I just kinda feel like bad customer service is just not right where you go. read more

Awesome shop!! I come here for the kratom that they stock. The Krave brand is 5 stars. I have been looking for a local shop that carries this brand but have never came across it. For a comparison on pricing, I searched online for the 500 capsules of Maeng Da and best price I found was 80$ plus shipping so 86$. I decided to go to the shop and see if he could do it for 90 and he helped me out big time. I didn't have to wait 3 days for shipping and only had to pay an extra few dollars for the convenience. If anyone is trying to decide on a brand to use I would highly recommend the Krave name brand. It is the strongest. The Maeng Da strain is the best for energy and euphoria. This is my favorite hookah and vape shop to go in Vegas! They have a variety of brands and flavors of shisha as well as coals! And the actual hookah setups are pretty cool with the latest items for your hookah. Best thing about this place for me is the vape products. I use vape and hookah but I have to deal with my vape more and these guys are always there to help me get the best coils and oils. They now offer a little hookah chill area to try out their new shisha flavors. The shop has so much other stuff that I don't use but if I did I'd know where to go to get my supplies! Beware of this place. This place is owned and managed by very rude people. During the whole coronavirus pandemic, they were doing doing delivery and product order thru the phone. Guy asked if I wanted "chinese" glass or "American", he said "Chinese very cheap". I responded it didn't matter, I would just like to see both. He responded "No, tell me now what you want". I told him "Alright, I'll just take the cheap one then". He responded by just hysterically laughing for 15 seconds. What the heck was so funny. This guy literally just asked me a question to set me up to look stupid. I should've been aware when I saw SOMEONE ELSES review that they left this place with them making them feel stupid. I was probably talking to "Ron". Their customer service hasn't improved since the owner replied to the last bad review.
