I haven't returned to this place in maybe 3-4 years because the price was not normal. I decided to come back and give it a try once more because I had errands all in the same area. I checked in at 1:55 and left at 3:30. All I asked was for a pedicure with shellac. The lady used the light cover to dry the shellac nearly 30 times on each foot because she kept touching my toes with it. Her service lacked skills. My pedicure should have been for $68. She gave me a receipt for $108 They didn't say anything about the costs of shellac on top of a pedicure. I'm used to the price including the polish. After showing him the exact order, my payment should have been $68. Instead, it was $93 because they added $25 for shellac. Please check your receipts when you go here but most importantly, just don't go here! read more

Before they begin, make sure you have settled on a price. Don't let them change it. I'd been coming here for a decade. I asked for a 40$ manicure and a 40$ pedicure and they charged me 130$. They will attempt to upsell you on manicures and pedicures that cost 60-70$ each. With a 30 page "menu" that's just meant to confuse and overwhelm you. Look at the descriptions in it they're practically all the same. Then they'll charge you 25$ for shellac. Separately (hands and feet each 25$ for a polish that cost a few dollars and a cheap UV light). so 50$ for shellac. That doesn't include the price for the manicure and pedicure. So they have a set amount they intend to charge you and it doesn't matter what you pick, because my total should have been 80. They added 50$ for shellac since I didn't let them upsell me. read more

I got my nails done, shellac 7/28 and had to return on Sunday 7/30 for a repair since the polish chipped off. They made me wait for 20 minutes, they don't prioritize you. I ended up leaving without getting my nail polish repaired. This was my first and last time I ever give this establishment a try. Thanks for ripping me off for a pedicure and a shellac manicure for $90! Update: I went back to get my nail repaired because I didn't pay $90 for nothing. The man in the picture came up to me claiming I screamed at him in the front and that I was rude, he has cameras and this isn't true. $120 REFILL! OVERPRICED for mediocre work!! I went in to get a REFILL and was Charged $120!!!! My nails with the cow print were a FULLSET and cost me $80!!! This man charged me $45 for a refill and $75 for "designs" this took him all of 25 mins todo. My original nails took over 2 hrs!!!!! NOT ONCE did he mention pricing saying hey just so you're aware a refill cost $40 and designs are $7.50 a nail. Some maybe would pay that but I set a budget for myself and that's not with in my range especially when I don't know the quality of work Im about to get.That should have been discussed PRIOR to the services being provided! Giving me the option to say YES OR NO! I will NEVER return here and I highly suggest you don't either!! I'd give them no stars if I couple. i asked how much a refill was told $40. That was a bit high to me but I said ok cause they had already started on my grandmothers feet. I ended up paying $65 for a refill. i asked how much designs cost I was told 2 for $10. they charged me $10 per design. none of my nails are even. some of them are bumpy. they are already lifting and we went yesterday. I paid $265 for horrible service and oof Taylor port. my grandmother picked the color she wanted and the nail tech decided she didn't like the way the color looked before even trying it. I have really lost my patience with this place. I have done my part of waiting and even calling to make a appt. For a mother with a busy schedule I get no breaks so when I do get a a babysitter which is rare I called to get facials but To be cancel at the last minute for a facial. Nail technicians were sick. They were coughing, rubbing their noses. Gentleman caring for my nails was moving very slow and kept dropping his instruments. He pulled down his mask and wiped his nose. I watched and noticed multiple technicians either coughing or wiping their noses. I asked him if he was okay. He said he had a throat issue and popped a Hall's lozenge. So disturbing. To add insult to injury, I requested regular nail polish but they used shellac and charged me an additional $25. I got in my car and sanitized the heck out my hands and arms. Anna did two different designs on my toes & she thought it was okay until I said something. Oh I forgot to mention she had to keep re-polishing my toes because she kept messing up. Oh & get this just to get a polish change on your toes it's $20 -- thank God for Yelp I got 10% off, but I could have done it myself for $20 & next time I will or I'll just go to my original spot. I blame myself for not asking the price first, but I've always paid $12 or less for a polish change. Enough of my review. One star is enough to know that I'll never return. The place is clean and they have a large selection of colors for dip and shellac. My main issue with it is how expensive it is. It's $50 for a dip manicure and $5 extra if you already have dip or shellac on, so $55. Most places charge $40 and don't charge the extra $5 to take your current nails off if you're already getting a manicure. read more

I have several complaints about the one visit I had here. First, the menu is way too big. It looked like a Cheesecake Factory menu. Way too many different options for mani/pedi and all the other services they offer. Second, the chair they put me in did not work. I didnt want to move because my feet were already wet. Third, and most importantly, my pedicure took 25-30 minutes. Most places we go it takes around 45. That kind of rushed service definitely doesn't call for $35. read more
