I've been to this location twice. The 1st time I came, the air conditioning wasn't working, so it was hotter than fish grease and the young lady that did my nails did not know how to do the ombré technique, so I picked a powder color. Let's just say I would never have come back if I didn't want to use the same powder color for my re-fill. So I get back, no one knows what color is on my nails and it was beyond frustrating trying to find a powder that was semi close. Then 2 days later while I'm on the flight to Jamaica... my nails start popping off as if they were press-ons. I spent $116 plus tip. Now that I'm back in the states and I can complain without paying $.25 a minute, the manager said I only have 3 days to complain. But, considering her remembers me and a new set of nails shouldn't be popping off, you would think common sense would kick in and he'd take care of his customer. So here I am, writing this review. Don't say I didn't tell yall lol! Happy hunting for a professional nail place that does good work. Oh and on top of the young girl not knowing how to do ombré, she can't shape nails either. I had to keep telling her over and over how to do the stiletto shape. Plus she does messy work. And the guy that did my pedicure, pinched the skin on my big toe with his tools and it still hurts. Doesn't look infected, just extremely tender... but, we'll see. read more

It's a nice place to get a q luick pedicure. They never seem to keep their employees and I'm not sure why that is. I only go here for my pedicures. Ihave seen others coming back several times to fix their nail manicure. Either it's broke or something so I just stick to pedicure only. read more

Horrible experience, made me cry in the salon because I was sooo upset! Instead of relaxing, I ended up super upset and with horrible "fat" looking and thick nails when I have have small fingernails and hands. The nails are shaped outwards into a "v" because the male tech did not file enough, even though I told him several times. I asked for pearl fake french tips and had to keep telling the male tech to fix multiple things and he kept getting aggravated. First I told him I wanted my nails shorter, he said he was going to file them (he didn't). Then I told him my nails were too thick, he said he would file them down because they break. Then I told him I wanted my nails filed more narrow, skinny (I have small hands and small fingernails). I told him to file down several times but, got tired of telling him again and again. The nails hardened around the sides of my fingernails and they're completely overbearing my natural nail. He kept saying they looked good when I told him I wasn't happy with the result and simply ignored me and pretends not to understand me. Then he took over my pedicure and rushed me I to putting my sandal on right after finishing the top coat and of course, my nail messed up, he just covers it with more top coat and told me to walk to the front to dry even when there is an obvious dent in my nail paint. When I told him it needed to be removed and redone he ignored me at first and then he saw how upset I was and walked off and then loudly said " Come over Here"..... that's when I lost it! Did not let him touch my feet or anything! Very poor customer service and don't care for what you want! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL! I get home and I notice one of my nails is not even glued to my nail! Not worth it, not recommended and they're overpriced for the quality of his work. I'm new to the area so I decided to give them a try. The first time I went they messed up my eyebrows terribly, I wanted to cry!! As she was doing them I knew something was wrong because she kept making a face as if she knew she messed up. Once she finished I looked in the mirror and my arch was gone. They weren't even at all, and it was basically no way she could fix it. All I could do was wait until the hair grew back. I had an event the next day so I was very upset about that. So I would not recommend you get your eyebrows done here..... NOW As far as nails go I would recommend. My second time going I got a mani Pedi. My Nails and toes came out beautifully.... Keep in mind They like to try and talk you into getting extra stuff done even after you've stated you only came in for one thing. And they will constantly tell you "leave a review on google" the whole time you're there. Worst spa ever!!! My mom went there to fix her lashes and eyebrows and after she did, a lady asked her if she wanted to do her nails. She recommended the powder color and since my mom didn't know what it was, she decided to skip the nail because she didn't want them to do something she didn't know about on her nails. The lady got mad and told my mom to pay for the eyelashes and eyebrows. After she did, she noticed that the lashes were falling out and when she came back the next day to fix them back, the same lady fixed the lashes back on her eyelids!!! Personally, I was soo mad because that is just pure wickedness. I don't think my mom will ever go to that horrible place again! RUN FOR UR LIVES!!!! read more

STAY FAR AWAY! I came here for a full set for my daughter and an eyebrow wax for myself. This place smells like STINKY FEET! This is not a clean or updated nail salon. It's a hole in the wall and the prices are WAY HIGHER here than at a quality salon. The man doing my eyebrows smelled of cigarettes and was coughing the whole time while I'm close proximity of my face and only slightly turning his face. I told him I only wanted a "clean up" and PLEASE DONT MAKE MY EYEBROWS THIN. He laughed and said "I got you" and then proceeded to wax 98% of my eyebrow off. I'm not over exaggerating either. He left a single strip of hair. This will take forever to grow back! I didn't have him do the other brow and then walked out of the wax room and my daughter was teary eyed because her cuticles were sliced and bleeding. I honestly debated taking her to the doctor to make sure she didn't have an infection in her blood stream. This is the worst salon I have ever been to. Please spare yourself read more

This nail salon by far is the worst I have been to. The lady who did my finger nails clearly did not know how to cut nails/file them. I requested square cut with round edges, instead she decided to file off a good chunk of the edges. I even showed her a pic. The pedicure was mediocre at best. Extremely unprofessional. The employees were loud and were focused on conversations with each other rather than taking care of their customers. Worst of all, the employees don't wash their hand in between customers. The two ladies who did my nails went to straight to another lady without washing their hand first. Now days with all the sickness that goes around, i don't think that is good practice. read more

this have been the worst nail services I've had in years! you're better off trying a nail school.. I was charged 50$ for a shellac fill.. and they had a women pay the same amount for a full set. I never paid more than 40$ because my nails are super basic.. she refused to fix the shape filed my skin off with the nail file. she also tried to skip the steps when I came to polish with shellac.. she tried to put the polish of 1st and said I only needed one coat.. on top of trying to work on someone feet between doing my nails and wasn't even going to wash her hands. This was horrible service.. I say drive the 15 to 20 minutes somewhere else. read more

I will not be returning to this salon. About three weeks after my pedicure my big toes started to hurt. So I removed the polish and behold "toe nail fungus"!! So I had to get a rx for toe nail fungus medication and I am not happy :( about it. As I said previously I will not be returning and I suggest you don't go either. I don't want there to be any confusion about this as I know it wasn't the toe nail polish that was used because I brought in my own toe nail polish and it was brand new polish. read more

Saw this place and checked it out; cheapest I've found around the area for a basic pedicure $23. A lady took me to the chair and Tina did my nails. She was nice and mentioned the place been opened for about 2 months. Complimentary drinks - even though I wasn't offered any. This place is dreadful. I truly wasted my time and my money here! I asked for a basic mani and pedi. Not sure how it's possible to mess up on a simple base coat, top coat, and polish but they did it not once BUT twice. They couldn't get the polish down to my cuticle. Didn't even bother putting a base coat on my manicure. The owner spends too much time taking smoke breaks and kept coughing on my feet (about four times) while he did a piss poor job on my pedicure. Didn't bother turning head, saying excuse me, or wearing a mask. Just kept coughing right on my feet/legs. I ended up going to Walgreens, buying polish and redoing my mani and pedi at home. I wanted to love this place but they are absolutely terrible at what they do (in my opinion) and I will never go back here again. Would have given them zero stars if it was possible! read more
