This was my first time visiting this nail spa and I was pleased with the service. The nail tech was well informed with product and technique and was helpful in making sure I was getting the style and product I wanted. I love how my dip nails turned out, color and shape! The last place I went to get my nails done messed up the shape and this nail tech corrected the issue! Yay! Don't let the smallish size of this place make you think the color options are limited, because they have lots and lots of colors to choose from. I have tried Milano, Vince Anthony nails & spa, Lexus Lexus, ect but with that amount of competition around pearland - NOBODY and NO OTHER NAIL SERVICES BEATS this place. 1. Quality ? Top notch. 15/10. Tips never chip. Quality designs. Quality product. 2. Customer service ? 100/10. The owner runs it herself and she is VERY personable. She remembers you by your first time, her husband comes every now and then and makes you feel VERY comfortable. They are there for their business AND their clients. 3. Vibe? If you like peaceful, jamming vibes or just a place to come to relax after working 80+ hours and feeling drained? Come through. The staff is extremely nice, they do what they need do plus more. This review is very hard for me because I know that the people there are actually very sweet. I came with my sister and boyfriend to get a pedicure and manicure. My pedicure experience was great however I was confused as to why I was sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for a manicure that they apparently didn't know I was getting. They finally got me to get my manicure done by the same guy that I got my pedicure done with however it was horrible. It was incredibly painful and I feel like he removed a lot of my skin versus my cuticles. My fingers hurt for about three days after getting my nails done. In regards to the actual manicure, the polish lasted for approximately three days before starting to chip. I've actually never been so disappointed in my nails. First and last for me. read more

I really needed this pedicure this evening to relax and they did not disappoint. The color that I wanted was not on the shelf (so we thought) but Tauy kept looking for me and we found it together. The color looks great and my husband loves it. We were also offered drinks towards the end of our pedicures and my husband had a glass of moscato. I just had the WORSE experience of my life. I've been here before and have never been treated like this. Their customer service has clearly gone down. The wait time was ridiculous and the lady kept lying about how much longer it would take. I was not offered a single drink while the previous people were offered multiple. My pedicure came with a 5 min massage that the lady was going to try to get away with not doing until I called her out and then she half ass it. She almost messed up my color until I called her out and she had to correct herself. She also had the audacity to compliment me on my hair and then later asked me how much I paid for it, seriously? My hair is all natural...it's sad cause I use to come here to get my nails done. I will never step foot in here again. You need to learn to treat all your customers the same way.... read more

Had a mini spa day with my fiancé and everything was great from arrival to the end of service. It was my fiancé's first time getting a pedicure and he had a blast. The ladies were super nice and the owner was very attentive. Initially walking in, the owner greeted us and had us settling in for our services. I have been going here for almost 2 years. The service is great and the prices are reasonable. All the technicians provide awesome services.

The worst. I don't usually review unless it's good. If you can't say something nice.... But I've tried this place twice. The first time on purpose and the guy was rude and rushed. The second time, I thought I was going into a different salon. By the time I realized, oh no, this is the same place, I was sitting down and the same guy was coming toward me. He was pleasant this time but still rushed me thru dipping. Only did 2 layers and when he polished with the clear coat, it was sooo thick. He got up to find a different bottle, gave up and used the same sticky thick stuff. I got home and realized he'd only polished one half of almost every nail...the half that was obvious. They also began chipping almost immediately. I should've gone back (I paid $60 including tip) and asked for someone else to repair them or do them over but I didn't feel like stepping foot back in there. It's so hard to find people with integrity these days that take pride in a job well done! read more

Go literally anywhere else... I went in there yesterday for a pedicure and today my big toes are infected. I have had my ingrowns removed countless times and never had this happen. I AM SO SHOOK!!! This place is horrible!! I went to get my nails done, and they didn't even clean my cuticles on my feet! When they painted, it looked so uneven. They painted on my skin! After asking them to fix it, they legit just said to go back to my last place. I worked in customers service in years. I SWEAR no attitude was given at all!! They took off my paint, and just walked away IN THE MIDDLE of taking off my acrylic! They didn't even say anything. This is how they left me! The front lady was even telling them they needed fixing. They have SOOOOO many colors to choose from that makes any wait go pass quick (by the time they're ready for sometimes im not ready with my color lol) but they will sit you down and get you comfortable. I went here to try a new place and am sad I have to wait to get a new set. The pedicure and the woman that performed it were great, which is why I even gave any stars. On the other hand (no pun intended), the full set of acrylic and tech were horrible. Several of my nails are leaning to the side instead of straight, the directions nails should be. When I pointed out the tips were crooked, she told me she no worries, she was going to fix it with the acrylic. When I told her the acrylic was crooked she told me no worries she would fix it with the filing. So 2-3 nails on each hand are pointing sideways and my cuticles and fingertips are still burning four days later from the excessive filing that did NOT fix it. I would take the nails off and go elsewhere but my poor fingers need to heal before I could dare contemplate removal. read more
