WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! My friend and I went in to get spray tans there were two workers…read more.. the younger lady was super nice and helpful but the older lady was god awfully rude. She sent me into a room and never activated my versa spa machine, I had my friend who was done spraying go and talk to her and she asked if i've ever spray tanned before(i have gotten at least 20 from a different location) then she told me to move rooms. I moved to room 6 and waited 30 minutes for her to start it because she was busy talking to another customer finally she got back to my friend who was waiting to tell her it was never activated (i wasn't going to get dressed and come out when i had someone in the lobby who could talk to her) and she told her i did something wrong then once she tried to start it realized it was her fault because the machine didn't have everything i payed for and it needed to be refilled. I was so frustrated i had her start it without the extras I paid for, while tanning she was talking very loud about me to another customer saying how I was in the wrong and all the ignorant things about me. To say the least I was very unhappy and once i finished spraying got dressed and left my room. When leaving my friend and I said goodbye and thank you (being polite when i was very unhappy already) and she ignored us and gave a grunt. I would not recommend going here unless you want to deal with ignorant rude workers who find it fun to talk about customers to other customers while using something I payed for.

Well I'm so glad I did. She gave me the most BEAUTIFUL haircut I've EVER HAD (and my mother was a hairdresser all my life.) They are cleaning every time I go in this place! The prices are by far the cheapest in the area! Dramatically cheaper! I am paying the same for two months as one month at Tiki Tan. Plus the bulbs are constantly changed out and they will tell you where the strong bulbs are. The best part... Karen is the owner/operator and works nearly everyday. She is a huge help if you are new to tanning, or have questions... This is the first salon I have went to that someone has recommended bulb strength, time as well as lotions. There's at least 9 beds PLUS a stand up bed, a turbo bed and the wider open beds for people that get claustrophobic. If you tan, when your next package runs out, take the drive, it's worth it!

I hardly ever write reviews but felt this warranted one. The facility was okay, there were times…read morewhen one of the top level beds would be broken and I couldn't use them...which sort of defeated the purpose of paying for the highest level membership but that only happened on occasion. Most of the time the staff was nice so no complaints there really, other than I'm not sure if they are aware that the accordion doors each tanning room had are not sound proof therefore it made it hard not to overhear them when they would gossip. However, what spurred my poor review and what prevents me from recommending this salon to anyone is the fact that when I went in to cancel my membership, it wasn't properly cancelled. What irks me the most is I didn't catch it until two months had gone by and close to $75 each month was drafted from my account. When I called to notify them they kept saying the owner would have to call me back...which he never did. I tried to rectify this with them numerous times before I finally just disputed it with my credit card company. They knew they were in the wrong, the manager even wished me well on the last day that I tanned saying he saw where I was moving...therefore he must have seen where I had come in to cancel due to a move. Yet, no one would return my call or refund my money. If $150 dollars was worth it to piss a once upon a time loyal customer off enough to write a review then so be it, heres my review. I would NOT recommend this salon but if you do end up using them and find that you must cancel your membership for one reason or another make SURE it is actually cancelled and watch your account for any unauthorized drafts just in case!!

Staff is always friendly and I've never had an unpleasant customer service experience. And the beds; they are clean. Unlike some gyms where tanning is available and you must clean the bed yourself hoping there's a bottle of cleaning solution and paper towels, the staff cleans each bed after customer use. This location also offers spray tanning which I use, but be careful to follow instructions to avoid disaster! This location is part of a regional chain and my monthly package allows me to tan at any location which is convenient. Happy tanning!
