Very clean Marriott located in the heart of Lexington. We could walk to everything. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The price was very reasonable given the location and comparably priced. There are plenty of bars and restaurants located within walking distance, including Jeff Ruby's right next door. They offer valet or self parking, and the self parking is located in an underground garage (very convenient). We will absolutely stay here again.

Let me begin by saying I can only speak about the dining area as you enter from the street level. We've had the breakfast twice now and it just doesn't disappoint. The buffet has a variety of things such as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancake casserole, potato casserole , fresh fruit, oatmeal, a variety of cold cereal, bagels, bread and some small pastry. You can also order something to be made such as an omelette or Belgian waffles which is what I had . So good! The two breakfast attendants couldn't be any nicer than they are . They came by to check on us one more than once and refilled our coffee (the coffee is really good as well). There's plenty of tables to choose from and you can sit outside on their patio if you wish . I believe the breakfast buffet is 20.00 and includes coffee and juice .

Titanium Elite here: we LOVED this property! We stayed on the Marriott side in a spacious room. Brandon helped us with our luggage to the room, and Mr. Bartender (I cannot remember his name ) created some delish concoctions and the bar was well stocked. The lobby was spacious and clean, and the buffet breakfast had several options and was yummy. AND-the shampoo and conditioner were actually quality!! The location is in the middle of the city (center city) so you can walk right out into downtown.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff but really expected more for an outdoor patio. embarrassing torn and very worn diem furniture.

My wife and I needed a night out away from the kids, so we opted for a staycation in the presidential suite. I'm a titanium elite Bonvoy and stay in a lot of hotels. This hotel is outstanding. The staff were over-the-top courteous and generous. From the front desk to the wait staff to the bartender, they all worked hard on the customer experience and commented on how much they felt appreciated by hotel management. Location is the best in Lexington. It's proximity to Rupp and downtown entertainment, bars and restaurants and historical sites makes it ideal to experience the city with minimal car travel. View from the presidential suite is the best cityscape view in Lexington. Decor is tastefully done. Peloton bikes in the gym are awesome. Really is the best hotel gym I've experienced. Breakfast in the M club was a nice fresh spread. Infinity Restaurant was a great option for dinner before the night out. Drinks at the bar were great. This is my only hotel review because it was the only one I've had worth raving about.

Nice and clean hotel but service is poor. Also the M club is lacking especially with compared to others. No bottled water.

Be real nice if someone would turn off the music coming from the big sign in the courtyard during the night so people could sleep.

We were in town for an industry Christmas Party at the hotel…read more We were in one of the banquet halls and had our own bartender and a buffet dinner. The hotel is older, but everything looks nice. Our room was spacious and the bathroom has been updated. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking Triangle Park. We ordered late night room service and had the Buffalo Wings and Hummus Platter. The food was good and saved us from going to bed "hangry".

I do want to note that though the Hotel and Conference Center are connected it is a very, very long walk between them. If you have mobility issues, you'll definitely need a wheelchair When we first arrived, the concierge didn't have any carts available and we were on the 11th floor with many bags. After a bit of waiting (following an 8-hour Drive) they finally found a cart for us and helped us to our room. The self parking is right across the street and very convenient The rooms are decent sized and clean. One nice surprise was that the refrigerator in the room has a clear door so you can see what's in there. It reminded me of a wine chiller and gave the room an elegant feel. However there was one major item missing in the room - no microwave. When I'm traveling, I frequently have leftovers from a meal out that I want to heat up later, so a microwave is close to being an essential. Frankly I can't recall the last time I was in a hotel that didn't have the microwave in the room. They have one restaurant for the entire Hotel and the one time we wanted to eat, it was closed. There are no decent restaurants nearby so we had to eat at a sports bar across the street. We did order room service one time and it came up promptly. The prices were not bad and the food was pretty good. The TV reception which is frequently a problem in hotels was very good at the Hyatt and they had a decent selection of options for the channels but you had to search for an online channel guide because they didn't have a printed one in the room. The shower stall is huge and has a beautiful full-length glass door but the water pressure is only so-so. The last day of our stay, I had to wait 4 or 5 minutes for hot water which was very disappointing. All in all, my first stay here was okay but I expected far more from a Hyatt Regency. If it were not attached to Lexington's main Conference Center, I would probably look for another option next visit.

The rooms are small with the basics but we didn't have consistent A/C, reliable lighting, and no leg room to use the toilet. The floors are difficult to walk and navigate as they're uneven and posed several tripping hazards. It's quite a maze to navigate and the only central area for guests to spend time together outside of their rooms is out front which is nice except for the fact that the smokers also go out front so be prepared for secondhand inhalation. We read online that there was a pool, only to find out upon arriving that the pool has since been removed. That was a bit of a let down, but can't fault them for our misunderstanding. It is located in a convenient spot with access to many local places. I would definitely recommend trying "Pollo Azul" if you're looking for a place to eat while staying here. The venue staff that were bartending for the wedding were highly irritable and inconsiderate. One of the elder bartenders pushed over the beer stand and asked guests to help her clean up.

Very disappointed with my stay. I was genuinely excited to visit after seeing the photos online,…read morebut the experience did not live up to expectations--especially for the price. With the Hilton name attached, I expected a much higher standard, but overall, the accommodations felt subpar. The room was a major letdown. It felt stuffy and had a strong musty odor that made it uncomfortable to relax. The windows were painted shut, so there was no way to get fresh air. Basic amenities were also lacking--no complimentary water and no refrigerator, which was surprising at this price point. The use of dark paint in the rooms felt like an attempt to mask the age of the property rather than invest in a proper renovation. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the food at the Rackhouse Restaurant--it was the highlight of our stay. Overall, I would recommend the restaurant, but NOT the hotel accommodations.
