They were fully aware of the damage and did not bother to let us know. After I noticed the damage and reported it to the company, the owner declined to be aware of the damage (He was there). But after explaining this was all on our security camera, he explained they were not certain if they did the damage. After requesting they pay for the repairs, the owner sent someone out to look at the damage. I have not received a phone call back since then.

I should have just called Contractors Disposal and had a conversation about why I believed my driveway should be repaired. writing the first negative review was my mistake, and I'm writing a second review to update readers on what has transpired over the last two days and correct things that I wrote out of my frustration with how Sundown Exteriors was treating me. Now that I had a face-to-face conversation with the President and owner of Contractors Disposal Jason Heitze who took time out of his busy workday to talk to me in person, which I have mad respect for and I consider him a business owner who cares what his customers think and is willing to make tough decisions once he has all the facts. As I said, Jason just showed up on my doorstep wanting to personally look at my driveway and have a better understanding of how my driveway was installed and it gave him the opportunity to see how I care for my property and why I was so adamant that this damage should be repaired. Most importantly he empathized with what I was going through and made a business decision to not only call someone on the spot to come look at my driveway for repair, but he had them the same day to look at it then the following day they repaired the driveway damage, and it looks amazing.
