Unsanitary! Wait til the end: There's definitely nothing "Lexus" about this establishment. Came here yesterday, for the Lakers final game of the season, and was invited to the buffet. Even though it was free, it was awful. Beef short ribs were plain and not braised completely, chewy. The sauce was unexplainable. The Mac salad had ridiculously huge chunks of pineapple in it which did not make sense. The " chow mein" had flecks of spam and some disgusting vinegary sauce. Huli-Huli chicken was a definite insult to the traditional Hawaiian dish. Caesar salad was wet and runny. Furikake potatoes made no sense. The cod was awful, rubbery and not good. BUT the charcuterie: prosciutto, Mortadella(bologna), and salami was delicious/but all three were cut too thick. Bad for food cost . Eat the stadium food instead. Better. A lot better. When you arrive, the buffet has no tables. There is a plate they bring to you. And apparently they exchange as you go back. NOT: We, actually my friends and other patrons, were returning to the buffet with the same dirty plates multiple times. And anyone in food service knows this is against Ca. Food regulations! Friday 04.10 2026 Lakers vs Suns Game I had VIP ticket access to the Lexus Club. This club is private to general ticket goers. Was greeted and wrist stamped. Great atmosphere and ambiance. You have the options to go to two bars and their patio lounge area. Keep in mind that there is nothing free at this lounge. You must pay what you order. From Scanned Barcodes to buffets, payment is applied. The only advantages I see this lounge for is privacy to the restrooms and privacy to grear conversations that applies to business get togethers or dates. Nothing special to offer but relaxation and chill. Cool ambiance, reminds me of the roaring 40s theme. Old school but modern. Great view of LA Live from the outside seating area. Good to go if you are given the opportunity. Our waitress was alittle slow. She could of been more attentive to our needs. Overall cool place. Drink prices are the same inside or outside of the Lexus club. The only difference is this club has a $87 buffet per person. Literally expensive for the average minimum wage joe. read more

Location overlooking the main entrance to arena. I had pappardelli with bolognese and partner had Steak au poivre. I purchased some tickets to the LA Kings vs. Pittsburg Penguins as a Christmas gift for my husband. Unfortunately he was sick, but I ended up going with my sister-in-law who likes hockey as well. The Premier Seating was nice, with a great view and with in-seat food and drink service, and access to the Lexus Club. My sister-in-law commented on the comfort of the seats. I ordered the chicken tenders & waffle cut fries for $16, and two glasses of rose for for $15 each. The serving of chicken and waffles were pleasantly more than I expected - you could definitely share if you wanted. Before the game there was a touching tribute to LAFD for their efforts during the local Palisades, Eaton, and other fires in the LA area. Negative 5 stars. Stay away. We were charged $78 per margarita at the Lexus Club during a Lakers game, and our total bill for a small group of five people came to $798. To put that into perspective, four margaritas alone were $312 before tax and automatic gratuity. At no point did the server mention that cocktails were nearly $80 each when we ordered. There was zero transparency about pricing, and nothing was verbally communicated that drinks were at that level. When we questioned the bill, the situation got even worse. We spent about 45 minutes trying to resolve it with the manager. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, he was rude, aggressive, and repeatedly insisted the pricing had been clearly communicated when it absolutely had not been. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and unnecessary interaction. A few other things worth knowing before you go: * The buffet is $85 per person and the food was soggy and underwhelming. * Drinks are priced like a Vegas nightclub, but no one warns you when you order. * Automatic gratuity was added on top of the already outrageous prices. * Service was inattentive and management showed no interest in resolving the issue. I've lived in Los Angeles for 25 years, and I've never experienced pricing this extreme paired with such poor hospitality. We've kept the itemized receipt and are documenting the experience so other guests understand the pricing before ordering. For something attached to a world-class team and venue, the experience felt like a tourist trap hidden inside the arena. If you go, ask the price of every drink before ordering -- otherwise you may end up with the same $700+ surprise we did. We went to dinner before a game since we had premiere seats. You need them to get into the club. We were seated immediately and they had a little sign for our anniversary on the table. It was a nice touch. You can get the buffet or ala cart. The buffet had so many items to pick from including very Large shrimp, prime rib, carnitas, burnt pork rib tips and more plus a large selection of deserts. All of the food was very good and the service was spot on. Many servers there to get you something to drink or a clean plate. As you can imagine because it is at the Crypto center it was expensive. $80 each for the buffet and your typically $20 beer. But it was a special treat for my wife so c,est la vie. We ate before the game and you are welcome to come back up until the end of the second quarter to eat more at no charge. They give you a wrist band. Had the worst experience at the Lexus Club due to the server "Cheiknar". My friends & I sat down & started off with an appetizer. My bf & his nephew ordered caesar salads & I ordered a pasta. Cheiknar informed me that my pasta would take a bit longer to arrive to the table because it came from the other restaurant, which I said I was fine with. The two salads arrived. We had previously asked a different server for utensils for our salads but they had forgotten. We then asked Cheiknar when we were able to flag him down. Cheiknar informed a different server to bring us utensils but I believe he was confused as to which table needed utensils so he overlooked us. Cheiknar was rude to his coworker & we could hear him mutter under his breath "Jesus Pao" as he gave a dirty look to his coworker for missing our table with utensils. By the time my pasta arrived my bf & his nephew had already finished their salad. I was not angry at all because I was aware of the wait however the LA Kings game was starting in 10-15 minutes & we wanted to get to our seats asap. As soon as the pasta arrived I politely asked Cheiknar for a to-go box along with the check. He gave me the RUDEST & NASTIEST look I have ever seen in my life just because I asked for a to-go box. I couldn't believe he did that over a simple request. It took another 10 minutes for him to bring over the receipt & we were handed cardboard TRAYS to take to our seats. My bf was too kind & still left a tip when he didn't deserve it, we only hope the tips are split to the other staff. Crypto & the Lexus Club need to do better with their staff. We went to the Laker game tonight and decided to have dinner at the Lexus Club before the game. We got to the restaurant 30 minutes before the game started. We decided to forego the buffet and order off the a la carte menu. Initially, our server, Kelly, seemed very friendly and pleasant, as we ordered our drinks and food for four. Our drinks came out soon after we ordered, with our salads and appetizers following a bit later. However, after waiting about 30 minutes for our entrees, we asked Kelly when they would be out. She said it would be just a few minutes. We waited a while after that and since our food hadn't come and because the game was now into the second quarter, we walked up to a manager and told her we wanted to forego the food we were waiting on and just pay our bill and go watch the game. We made it a point to say that it wasn't our server, Kelly, just the wait time for our entrees. The manager was understanding and agreed to close out our bills even stating that she would only charge us for the drinks and even give us each a drink to go, which we thought was great customer service. However, when Kelly realized we were leaving, her attitude quickly soured and she argued with her manager about adding our salads to our bill. That wasn't a problem. We wouldn't have even minded paying for everything we actually received but we believed the manager was being accommodating because of the inconvenience. That's when Kelly became nasty, telling us we told the manager that we didn't get any of our food, which wasn't true. Then she quipped "There, you got your nachos and wings for free." Not necessary because we weren't trying to get anything for free. We just wanted the food we did order to come out in a timely manner. We would've actually walked away and given the Lexus Club another chance, another day. However, with servers that behave like Kelly, we will pass and find a nice restaurant to go to before the game. This is not VIP or premier service. Please train your staff to work with the public. Kelly should probably be in concessions selling hot dogs and nachos and not serving in a seated dining area. read more

Pretty good space. End view within Staples that has a good view of Staples. Although the waiters/ushers are some s, I cant knock the quality of the bar and dining room area. Tvs everywhere so you don't miss any of the action. Ad a luxury, they had the fights on making it a great one stop shop. All you can eat is $53. Our waiter was awesome the best experience with him! Brought my dad from out of town hung out and had the buffet before the game. Came in with clients before the Kings & Panthers game for lunch. We had parking which was valet so we only had to go downstairs past the San Manuel Lounge and thru the private doors. Our Lexus access passes included entry to both lounges & restaurants but San Manuel patrons didn't have access to the Lexus lounge. During Saturday's game only the buffet menu was offered and the spread included full service omelet station, peeled deveined jumbo shrimp, sweet crab legs, various salads, lamb chops, cheeses & meat tray, roasted brussel sprouts and a dessert tray of cinnamon rolls, cookies, M & M's, yogurt pretzels and donut holes. The bloody Mary's with requested extra olives were delicious and potent. Service from our waitress was spot on and very accommodating. She even got us to go cups for our bloody Mary's ! Tip - Enjoy re-entry during and after the game and hang out on the patio for a cigar and libation, but be sure to be scan your tickets going in and out. Remember when going to the Lexus Club was cool?... yeah, so do I... went before the kings game today and experienced what I can only describe as a wet fart... took forever to get drinks, we were notified after the fact that we could partake in the buffet at Yaamaava (guess what, go there instead) and we're served basic stadium food at a significantly higher mark up than that of what we paid at our seats. We just had the worse service at the Lexus Club dining ever. We have been premier seats members since 2004. We brought a couple of clients from South America for dinner for the Lakers vs Clipper game and it was ruined by the server, Cheiknar He put our order in wrong, was not attentive at all ( just to the table next to us ) and just ruin our dinner. I am a great tipper but he got none! I called to get the name of the general manager but "B" answered and hung up on me. Really poor phone skills and ignored my questions. I'm a season ticket member for the LA Kings and tonight is salute to service night and my fiancé being a veteran we decided to switch seats for the night and get passes to this Lexus club. Food wasn't great but not disgusting. Service was absolutely horrible with the exception of the host who sat us at our table. When you watch 20 other people walk by and the staff smiles and says hello but when you walk by they ask if you have a pass to be where you are, kinda rubs the wrong way. Not welcoming unless I guess you look high dollar. Mostly everyone including myself were in Kings jerseys. The most uncomfortable dining experience I've ever had. $46 dollars for two people to just get in the doors. Call it a cover charge. $69 per person for the buffet or $17 for a burger off a ala carte menu. The last time was ok we ordered al cart.. this time we decided to try the buffet, on the menu was the lamb chops, they were cold.. My wife works for Lexus, so just like that I'm hanging in the Lexus club for a Laker game with my yelp bud Roy B. We decided to live it up a bit and get there nice and early to take advantage of their buffet. I wasn't expecting much because the yelp reviews for the buffet here and at the San Manuel Club were in the 3.5 ballpark. But it was a pretty solid buffet with some nice carved meats. Not sure what other yelpers are expecting here, fine dining? Nah - go somewhere else for that. But before a game, this buffet hit the spot. The advantage of the Lexus Club is that you get to eat from the San Manuel Club buffet as well as a smaller buffet inside the Lexus Club. The penalty is you don't have the great view as the San Manuel Club (which overlooks the court) and it's an extra $10. However the Lexus club carved prime rib was an upgrade to the San Manuel carved brisket, and made it worth it. Also for some reason the creamy buttery mashed potatoes were only in the Lexus. Never underestimate how important good mashed potatoes can hold everything on a buffet plate together. I really enjoyed the build your own french dip tri tip sandwiches, although strangely enough there was no au jus to be seen at the station. There was some near the brisket station, so I grabbed a soup bowl and started filling it up. At first the carver started to tell me that it wasn't soup, but then looked at the sandwich on my plate and realized "I had game" and gave me a nod of approval. Not everything was a hit for sure. I've decided that fish just doesn't work on any buffet. There were a couple different selections and it didn't matter what sauce they tried to cover it in, it was just dried out and lame. As well as one of the chicken breast dishes totally fouled out. But no worries, just I just told the under performing players to hit the showers early, and went to my bench. Mango glazed rotisserie chicken, you're in. Carved Turkey Breast smothered with some tasty gravy, you're in too. There problem solved. That's the beauty of a buffet, just move on. A simple dessert or two would have been nice for the $45 price, rather than trying to hit you up for an additional dessert for more $$$, but whatever, I made one last slice of Prime Rib my dessert. Everyone here is so accommodating (from the usher checking tickets at the door, the hostess and our waiter Charles.) It was pretty crowded so we were lucky to get a reservation or otherwise we would've had to sit at the bar and that would've sucked with my broken ankle. Started off with ordering drinks. I ordered a Roy Rogers (grenadine & Coke) and my date had a glass of Duckhorn wine. Charles hooked me up with extra maraschino cherries. I normally order the buffet but we decided to order items a la carte. I got the Filet mignon with fingerling potatoes and she ordered the Ginger Sea Bass with mushrooms. My 8 oz. filet and sea bass were perfectly cooked. The sides were amazing too but it was a lot for just the two of us so next time we could just share one side. We saved a little room for dessert and asked our server what he recommended. He said the banana cream pie and he assured us it was not too much. OMG. My pre game, half time and post game hangout for how many years now? I don't know but my first review was in 2007 so at least that long. I am not a huge buffet fan so when I do eat it is off the bar menu or ala carte menu. It's a little pricey so before you go asking for the house wine take a look at the wine list. So I got the chance to attend a Kings game with Premium Seats, access to the Lexus Club / San Manuel Club Buffet, and all the other VIP things...and... 1) We got terrible service in the Lexus Club bar/buffet area. With 45 minutes to puck drop we chose to order food from the bar menu, order drinks, and to pass on the (very good looking buffet). We aren't buffet people for the most part, and I just wanted some lighter bites. We got drinks, the bartender acknowledged us being there, and soon a watiress came by and explained the wait staff "helped" the bar staff when it got busy, so she took our order... 2) Then we waited, and waited, and waited...and watched people standing at the bar eating the same stuff we ordered and a befuddled bar staff and wait staff wonder why they couldn't communicate with each other...finally I took the bartender and manager aside, as the game was starting and the club was getting thin...they were upset with each other and the bar staff blames the waitresses, the manager blamed them both...etc, etc... 3) They eventually comped our meal, and were apologetic...we paid for our drinks and finally got to our very nice seats about 10 minutes into the hockey game. It was not much of a VIP experience, and the staff seemed very disorganized. Granted when we got food, it was good...above-average....just good. The buffet looked enticing for next time...but it was a lot of food and super pricey.... The Lexus Club level itself is a nice treat. Not crowded, well appointed. You can order from a limited menu right from your seats, and all with great views of the ice. As a life long hockey fan who has visited over 20 active NHL arenas, I would definitely rank Staples Center in the Top 5 from a luxury, cleanliness, food options, and accessibility standpoint...but their VIP Club was a big let down...especially given the hype and status of the venue.
