They stopped the withdrawal and canceled my policy in 10 minutes. The person I spoke to said, "apparently your agent, doesn't know how to do this." I agree. First call was referred to Dan Grossi. Second call, Dan said he was still waiting on this form? Third email contact ignored completely. Fourth call by me yielded a fix in 10 minutes.
